Henn na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

Great location, quiet at night, and they let me leave my large luggage with them for over a week while I was traveling elsewhere which was immensely helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Staff was amazing! Service in fluent English and Japanese for our needs. Our room was surprisingly large and everything was comfortable as expected. Bed was comfy, rooms were warm in the winter (maybe even sightly too warm, but this can be solved by opening the window), shower and bath were clean with hot water and great water pressure.

There was an unpleasant odor in most hallways, especially B1 floor with the laundry facilities and smoking area. This did not extend to the guest rooms however. Breakfast was passable but I wished for a little bit more variety and cleanliness in the dining area.

Great location, walking distance to the Myeongdong Night Market. Rooms were clean but quite small, although reasonable for the price. Laundry machines were clean and easy to use. Room has a device to control lights and temperature remotely which is convenient. Staff were very friendly and helped to store our luggage even after checking out.

The vents in the bathroom of my room were not working.

Everything was beyond our expectation. We stayed from Jan 15-23. Was happy with the room size, separate doors for toilet and shower room. The Staffs and Manager In-charge were all helpful specially when we extended our stay and requested for the same room. Same as giving us infos whenever we ask for assistance. Location wise within Myeongdong Street. Just few steps away from Myeongdong Station Exit 10 and Airport Limousine Bus Stop. Plus point on having in-house Laundry and free Ice Machine. Annnnnd the futuristic Front Desk Robots.

Really new, well equipped hotel. it’s a funny entrance, which made us smile every time we entered our hotel. The hotel is located near 2 metro stations and busstations which are connected to almost every part of the city. There is a 7eleven with al the necessities. The hotel room is not super big, but even though it feels really spacious. * Separate bathroom/toilet * well working airco * a small ‘hall’ when entering the room with space for shoes and jackets * small bath and shower * really nice mattress And u can use a nice wash machine and dryer (2.0002won), and there is a supply machine for ice (free) and laundry detergent (500won) in the basement

nothing, was a perfect stay

The location alone is perfect, less than five minutes from Exit 10 of Myeongdong Station (Line 4). It is in Myeongdong but on the quieter side. And if you would be doing tours where Myeongdong is the pick-up/drop off point/s, then this is highly recommended. Our package is inclusive of breakfast which is a simple buffet style of breads, rice, a few viands, salads, soups and cereals. The breakfast is the same everyday during our stay but we are not complaining, we enjoyed it actually.

The self-check in is excellent but the card payment can be confusing as the instruction to sign on the screen was in Korean though the other instructions were in English as selected. To continue with our payment, we have to call the staff which came in fast to assist us.

Located near to the myeongdong metro station and the night market makes the hotel accessible. the rooms are very clean and cozy. the Robots work in the hotel make it stand out from the rest. hotel staff are just a call away and they are there to help and very helpful. Room comes with a voice controlled device can make your stay more easier.

Fresh, new, very clean place in a perfect location: two steps from all the shiny buzz of Myeongdong, yet still quiet. There’s no real reception, it’s all automated (quite easy to handle), but someone of the staff was always present just seconds away to help with any problems.

hotel is at quieter side of myeongdong street but accessible to many restaurants and CU convenience store across street. we booked a double room which was a corner room. was spacious enough for us to open two big luggages, a small round table with two stools for us to have our meals or snacks.. love that it comes with a bath tub as well so after our long day out we could have a nice soak in the tub to warm up our body. although its manned by “robots” at the front and self check in kiosks, u can called for assistance when needed.. the male manager was kind to call a taxi for us and assisted to load it into the taxi. we always love the japan chain hotel and this was no exception.. everythjng was nice and clean. at B1 level there is a coin launderette, microwave oven and ice maker machine.. also a luggage weighing machine… this hotel is really value for money ! plus point is my girl enjoyed the robots and dinos at the lobby.. and she was addicted to using the Genie in our room.. (works like Hey Google)

hanging closet was just a rack with some hangers.. our winter jackets already took up the whole rack.. more hanging hooks on the wall will be great

Check in and check out was quite easy using the system. Any issues we can just pick up the phone and a staff is available to assist right away. Location was good although cab drivers can't find the hotel on their map so just Sejong hotel and its a short walk from there. Near subway and Myendong area. Rates were very reasonable and room was clean and comfortable even though a tad small but ok for 2 even when we have our luggages on the floor. View of Namsan tower was nice. Would stay here again.

Cab drivers had a hard time finding the hotel on their navigation map.
