HOTEL in 9 Gangnam

Very clean, and good levels of security and the location in Samsung-Dong, near Coex.

Limited Room Service Menu, and not a full service restaurant available.

The location of the hotel is very good, very closed proximity to COEX and very accessible by subway and bus to Sinsadong and apgujeong and other poplar gangnam spots. The beds are very soft and comfortable. There is also air conditioner in the room for us to control the room temperature.

there is some sewage smell from the wash basin after 3 days of stay

Great location. Easily accessible via underground transportation, which is only 50m walk. good shopping and restaurant options nearby. Coex is only 150 meters away. A Starbucks located nearby. Also French baget is a good option right around the corner. Also a convenience store nearby Staff is very friendly, also arranging taxi rides

The most comfortable bed I've stayed in at a hotel. The staff were very accommodating. When we told them we needed a bigger room because we have a child they immediately upgraded us and also helped offset the price by giving us a complimentary night.

Our original room was a bit small. We weren't able to use the hotel restaurant without reservations. The restaurant was closed on Mondays. The gym also opened late in the afternoon with the spa.

The breakfast was too expensive and there was almost no choice, just bread and tea and coffee and some toppings. Perhaps a bit of cereal, but nothing cooked.

For the price it was a very basic sort of room and hotel. There was no kettle, only a Nespresso machine. A kettle would have been more useful. There was nothing extra and nothing flash.

Staff is always friendly and professional.

Dry cleaning and laundry service is subcontracted to hearby cleaning company. The cleaning service charges inconsistent fees for the same clothing and will not take responsibility for damaged clothes. Management has little say-so about damaged clothing. No self-service laundry on site.

Very clean, good location next to the subway. The rooms were comfortable and even though they were a bit small the space was used in a smart way.

Rooms were a bit noisy, the road next to the hotel had constant traffic and the AC was quite loud. Quite expensive as well, but nothing too crazy for the time and location.

I like the location and it’s not too expensive despite the location. It’s clean, peaceful, comfortable and you feel it’s exclusivity. I also like the restaurant at the top floor. it was nice for a dinner date with a view. Also, accommodating staff for any requests. You can also request for a late check-out with a fee.

It can be noisy at night when sports car or big bikes passes. what we did to minimize it is to close the curtain.

The ceiling was high so felt the room bigger than actual size. The location was good to visit COEX for the exhibition.

We had an accident that the water came out from the bottom of the toilet… so we changed the room. The hotel responded well to the trouble but I am sorry to score minus 1.

Excellent location very close to the train station and the mall. Bed extremely comfortable. Quiet hotel. Amazing big windows with great views.

There is almost no storage in the bedroom or in the bathroom, no wardrobe!
