Hotel Nafore

The hotel is modern and perfectly located. You can walk to the two main northern palaces and to DDP (approximately 30'). Close to two metro stops with lot of lines. The room was big, clean anc comfortable. The staff was super friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Seoul!

Location is top notch. 5 minutes to Jongno-3-Ga, 7 minutes to Euljiro-3-Ga, you can get to anywhere in Seoul from there Large room, comfortable feel Friendly and flexible staff Good breakfast, 7 - 10 am, 9000 won per person

Not super clean Refrigerator/freezer very loud Facilities in room lcking No coin laundry! Only very expensive laundry service. Next 24h coin laundry is about 3 metro stations (Dongmyo) ride.

Friendly staff, good service, smart system in the room. Close to Gyeonbokkung palace in walking distance.

This was our second stay in Hotel Nafore, but this time with a bigger bedroom. This is of course more convenient, plenty of space for you to move around and feel comfortable. I copy my old review here for the rest: Good hotel option near Jongno 3-ga and Euljiro 4(sa)ga. There are also plenty of bus options nearby. Staff was nice and the room had a good size. You can also find quite a few restaurant options nearby and Insa-Dong is within walking distance.

Although this a different room, the "problems" were the same: The bathroom has a great size and the shower is good, but unfortunately there is no curtain/door closing the bathtub from the rest of the bathroom, so either you get the bathroom completely wet or you take a shower using less water. The breakfast is good, but there's not too much variety. There are no cold cuts, for example. However, the fried rice and kimchi were good.

The customer service was excellent. We appreciated the willingness to help and accommodate us with things such as taxi arrangements and where to go for different activities. The housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. Also, the size of the room was very nice for the number of people in our family.

It was difficult not having coin laundry accommodations on the premises. Although laundry service was available, we prefer to take care of that ourselves, so we had to walk a few blocks to do laundry. That was the only downside as far as we’re concerned.

The staff was amazing. They tried their best to be helpful and even when my Uber app wasn’t working, ordered a car for me without going through the expensive hotel booking. If that wasn’t enough, the receptionist insisted to help take my bag to the car to ensure I made it to the right vehicle. I liked the location as I found it very authentic, but at the same time, easy to get to other areas. You only need to walk about 5 minutes to street food and other restaurants.

The place is close to some of the main attractions of the city but at the same point the neighborhood is so dark at night. if you want to walk almost need a light

The room was decorated nicely, spacious and the beds were soo comfy! It was clean when we arrived. It offers many kinds of toiletries The hotel is in a good area very close to the metro. There are some shops and restaurants nearby. It's at a walking distance from a few tourist points. The staff was nice

Is placed on some small and weird alleys. I'm not one to complain and I can accept many inconveniences but this one was one of the weirdest things in a hotel: when we asked for our first room tidying, and we came back, we found something that looked like pee splashes all over the toilet seat and trash can. It was definitely not from us, otherwise I wouldn't be pointing it out. Everything was perfect other that that, which made me feel unwelcomed

Overall we are satisfied our stay in the Hotel Nafore, the location is great, easy access to train station and bus stop, would recommend to take bus if travel to GoToMall, Namdaemun, Seoul Station etc. Nearby the hotels there is a lot of restaurants and convenient shop CU just 1 minute away from the hotel. tips: if you drive or arrange transport to hotel, you may use Hotel Venue G as reference, the main entrance of Hotel Nafore is via Hotel Venue G, so will be more easy to locate the hotel main entrance.

If could provide breakfast and having our meals at the hotel lobby will be great, we was told by the reception staff try don’t eat at the hotel lobby.
