Loved the location... lots of food options close by and 24 hour convenience stores which is handy. I would stay here again.
A bit of damage in our bathroom, although the staff did offer to change our room we were too busy and didn't really have time. Cleanliness wasn't 100% but bearable.

It is located in the center of Seoul, so it was easy to move throughout Seoul. The basic ones provided were of good quality, so it was good not to have them separately. I was grateful to see you trying to provide convenience to your guests.

It is a wonderful hotel. It is friendly and convenient for transportation. And there is a convenience store on the 1st floor. I bought beer and snacks here. Very convenient

Affordable hotel you can stay in Jongno. Near Airport bus stop, train and city bus. Myeongdong is short distance away. But I'd rather stay in block A than in block B
The first room they gave us in block B is so dirty. you can see hair in the floor. and bathroom looks creepy and bot properly cleaned. I requested to give me the same room we stayed in last April and they we're so glad they accommodated my request.

The location I guess..
It was dirty (dust and hairballs in corners) the bed was too hard, and little did I know, it’s a “love hotel”. The staff couldn’t care less, they were rude and defensive. Oh and the bidet wasn’t working at all, and the toilet flush barely worked, and this wasn’t told to me at check-in but when I asked them to fix it.
