Good location in an area full of eating, drinking and shopping options. From the rank outside, a taxi to Plaza Maria Pita cost €5,80. The room was comfortable. Helpful staff at rReception. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel.

Strange sliding door to the bathroom area was difficult to open or close. Screen on over bath shower was not effective at stopping water flooding bathroom floor.

This was a little minute booking for me as my planned accommodation fell through last minute. Check-in was quick and easy, hotel was clean, spacious and quiet. Situation right next to a supermarket and taxi rank made it very convenient.

If you're looking for a longer stay and to explore the city the location is not the best. A fair walk to the beach, old town and all attractions.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, and it never disappoints me. Perfect location close to shops and bars, and an easy walk to the city centre.

It’s a little noisy. Some guests on our floor were quite loud past midnight.

The bed was really comfy. The room was a nice size and a comfortable chair. Water pressure of the shower was good. Breakfast was great. Tasty pasties and I like the option available for breakfast.

The hairdryer was a bit flimsy and I struggle a bit to dry my hair.

nice modern clean hotel ideal for city centre right next door to a shopping centre, convenient cafe, bar next door for a good breakfast.

very difficult to park by the hotel, not even anywhere to pull in to check in or drop off the luggage, expensive parking nearby 17 euro’s per day.

It was next door to a mall which had a restaurant chain that served food all the time. Good if you are not used to eating at 2100 (the locals usual time when restaurants open for service). Love the fact that there was a bathtub.

Difficult to get the room cool. Breakfast doesn’t start until 0730 which is late in my opinion.

The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. I had one of the renovated rooms which was light and decorated in good taste. The staff were friendly and efficcient.

The location is far from the center and the surrounding area is somewhat shabby. A plus is the El Corte Ingles next door and the bus station if you are arriving by long distance bus.

The family room was great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast and good selection of Gluten and Dairy free for one of the guests

Check-in was at 2pm and room wasn't ready till 2.30pm

Location, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was superbly comfortable.

Hotel is old, with evidence of mold around window frames and in the bathroom. The hairdryer wasn't working properly.

super fresh and clean. Easy check in and check out. lovely recently refurbished rooms. lovely staff. very short walk between or to rail and bus stations. highly recommend.
