The room was an exceptional value at shoulder season. It was large and clean with all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English. It was convenient for walking the seawall and for going into the old town where there were many excellent restaurants. We would definitely stay again or recommend to friends.

We had a terrace room. The entrance was on floor 6 but the room itself was up a tight spiral staircase to the 7th floor. It could be difficult for some people. We couldn't leave the terrace door open for fresh air as the windy weather created a wind tunnel that was very noisy. You could hear when others opened their doors too. We'd opt for a regular room next time as the windows are huge and give an equal view.

This hotel has a fantastic location for you to explore the main attractions in town and also to reach the lively streets for wine and tapas. Our room was also very spacious and offered a great view. Parking is also very good, although a bit expensive.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Cold cuts were clearly much inferior to those we’ve found in similarly priced hotels in other Spanish towns. Pastries were far from attractive and even plain bread choices were very limited. On our second day we took breakfast at 8am and there were only remains of a baguette at the buffet. When I asked if that would be replenished, they have simply answered that they were out of it. For the price they charge, that seems to me somewhat inadmissible.

The hotel is a classic sort of place, with marble lobbies and high ceiling, spacious guest rooms. We loved the space, the views of the beach and the huge comfy bed. The bathroom and products were very stylish too.

The air con was pretty poor and curtains didn’t shut out all light so we woke early. There’s a busy road between the hotel and the beach so opening windows wasn’t really an alternative to air con.

the arrangement of the room did not take advantage of the beautiful view- you could not see the beach/0cean from the bed or chair. rearranging furniture could have fixed this. Air conditioning did not work well and the room never really got cool until sundown. No restaurants close by.

Excellent breakfast, room had a good view of the ocean and beach. You could open the windows for fresh air which was a definite plus. Not too far to walk to restaurants and cafes. We dined at the hotel restaurant one evening. The food was good and reasonably priced.

Location in front of the beach. Walk to the city centre in about 15 minutes where you can find several restaurants and bars, as well as other shops. Private parking, Good room with terrace at the upper floor with nice sea view. Good wifi. Nice staff. Superb breakfast. Nice lobby area.

The room in the upper floor had stairs that are not for aged people or with locomotion disabilities.

It was a very pleasant experience. Even though we paid for the breakfast it was well worth it, with all types of food for all tastes. The view was something espectacular, especially if you choose the bedrooms overlooking the water.

The Wi-Fi connection was not ok, per say... I know its probably superficial but sometimes that makes a diference. It was hard to connect to and was very slow. That was the only thing I didn't like.

Nice rooms with all facilities one needs, fantastic view on the sea promenade; a very good choice at breakfast; convenient locations close to the old city, beaches, the Aquarium; very accessible by car; friendly staff.

Breakfast is served in a big room and such noise with dishes thunder that you feel like in a school canteen

Hotel is stunning and our superior room was just fabulous. This hotel has everything and staff are lovely.

The hotel bar and restaurant was closed all day only opening in the evening. There wasn't even anywhere to get coffee.

Fabulous location and super helpful staff . Stunning hotel and easy to find with valet parking . Room was extremely comfortable. Was a large room but sadly no view . Breakfast was excellent with many choices .

Seemed large hallway which was tiled seemed to echo, but only when people making noise outside room .
