Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful resort in Tenerife. I can absolutely recommend this for families with little ones. My pregnant wife and 18 month old daughter really enjoyed our time there. The extremely friendly staff like Almudena at breakfast or Carolina who would give our daughter a balloon when we passed by were phenomenal. That was true for everyone we interacted with. We also took the opportunity to leave our little one with the hotel's babysitting team and they took great care. A big thank you to Sire, Joaqui, Daura, Ainara and Patri. The rooms are nice, the food good, restaurants in the hotel offer a good selection of cuisines and there's a wonderful playground for little ones too. The Spa has plenty to offer and there's a gym too. I recommend walking or running along the ocean too which is so close to the hotel. As a whole family we had so much fund and will definitely visit again. -- Some useful info for visitors: - Hotel offers cots. - Every restaurant has high chairs - Food selection is good across the hotel, the Beach Club has a bit more healthy options too for lunch. - You can have a doctor visit your room within 2h should little one get ill - It gets busy during rush hour and wait time for food can be a bit longer, if you have hangry toddlers get there on time - There are car rentals right opposite the hotel in case you want a car during your stay but not from the airport - Reception can book you a taxi, it's super reliable and costs about 30-40 EUR to get to the airport. Official taxis are fine, it's regulated and you won't get ripped off. -- A big thank you to the entire team at the Hard Rock Hotel!

The rooms are truly amazing and the staff really does make you feel at “home”. I am a sucker for good customer service and theirs blew me away.

My only criticism would be the nightly shows, I personally would invest some time and money to make the nightly shows / concerts a little more extravagant… it is the hard rock after all!

This hotel is simply amazing! We arrived here for two nights at the start of a three week stay in Tenerife, and honestly this was the place we were least excited about. But how wrong we were, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the check in process was smooth, and the room was beautifully designed with in-room his&hers mirrors a particular highlight. The lobby area is stunning and a great place to have a few cocktails during the day, but the real star of the show is the beach club down at the bottom. A simply massive saltwater pool is surrounded by a few bars and loads of loungers and it couldn’t be more of a vibe. The rooftop bar allows for amazing views of the sunset.

Price wise it’s a little on the more expensive end but with the service and quality you get you really don’t mind paying for it.

Ok so from the moment I got there to when I left it was faultless!! So… Before leaving the UK I was messaged by JASON who was head of guest relations to welcome me personally. Upon arrival I was early but that wasn’t any problem for them I had to wait about an hr and a half for my room which was being sanitised, so while waiting I explored the hotel which was amazing. I got my room and WOW the balcony the view the bed the rain shower amazing. MARCO who was a concierge was fantastic absolutely attentive and friendly all the time lovely lovely people. I had an amazing time using the numerous pools and bars. They had live music every night again brilliant. Upon checkout JASON personally asked about my stay and if everything was satisfactory which obviously it was, I also met a manager called LOLA who was also so kind and helpful. He then asked if I would visit again, hell YES I would… Absolutely recommend to anybody!!!!!!!

the swimming pools were outstanding. The music and vibes that surrounded the pool made the experience unforgettable. The steak restaurant was exceptional and the service too.

Not much to do in this location. There is a small stretch of restaurants on the same street as hard rock but not many. Beach very small. Would have preferred to stay in Fanabe or Los Christianos for more variety and bustle. we travelled to these places via taxi and it cost around 15-20 euro per trip.

Quite expensive for cocktails at the hotel, should have guessed really as the hard rock is a chain. The DJS were so good at the rooftop bar, I just wished they had been there a bit later in the evening at like 9pm - midnight, as they seemed to finish at like 9.30pm and then it was very chill music in the background, but we wanted the party to continue.

We booked the Gold Suite which included a jacuzzi bath which was amazing! The staff are very hospitable and welcoming. The hotel offers many services and the resort is perfect for families.

The location was slightly out the way of main strips/excursion locations therefore taxi was required everyday which on average was €15-€20 Euro per trip. Most days spending €40 on taxi.

Everything was spectacular. As you step into the Hotel, the music and scent immediately guides you into the world of Hard Rock. The staff helps by every step of the guest and fulfill any of your wishes. Our suite was spacious and its style is unique. I've never met a 5-star hotel with such an abundant and healthy breakfast and dinner buffet. The outdoor breakfasts were explicitly special. Our 3-year old daughter could find numerous pool, playground and program opportunities, which were great help for us, parents as well. The evening music programs were super, people could feel theirselves at a real concert every evening. The surrounding is also ideal for a walk, an evening jogging or a drink. If Tenerife, then only Hard Rock!

The variety of facilities, live music and dining options kept us busy and entertained while the king size bed was sturdy but comfy, so a great balance. Food wise, all the restaurants (steakhouse & italian) need advance bookings. Except one - the buffet. We tried it for dinner ( was blown away by the healthy, veggie options) and for brekky (great variety of sweet and savoury options). I am not usually a fan of buffets as they tend to be full of low quality dishes but here I was impressed. Last, all the pool options!!! Beach club was my favourite but Splash was handy for sun, pool, drinks & food. No reservations needed.

No one told us we had to book the a la carte restaurants or spa in advance so we missed out. But the buffet was outstanding so no loss in the end. Oh and we found out on the last day that to use the day beds you just need to make a spend on drinks and food to enjoy them all day. Food for thought for next time.
