The location closeby the ocean, free parking, helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast, rooms are spacious and well equipped, complementary welcoming stack and a drink.

Not a deal breaker, but when staying for a week do consider that the dinners may feel very repetitive. You can switch dinner to lunch if you take half-board option which we did for a day. Noisy parrots from the neighbours some mornings and evenings were super annoying at first but you get used to it.

Loved everything about this place. The location, the staff, the rooms, everything. Our son made friends with almost all of the staff. They were all so friendly and paid so much attention to him. The whole place was very peaceful and so relaxing.

One small detail that made the sleep situation a bit uncomfortable was the 2 beds pushed together. Whoever sleeps in the middle will end up down between the beds. The extra sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on at all. Half board with breakfast and dinner, changing to lunch on days where we wanted to eat out in the evening. Great selection of food all of the time and and no shortage whatsoever.

Very pleasant, well maintained hotel with super helpful staff. The rooms are large, clean, well equipped. There is a swimming pool at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty and varied. Ocean's view from room was outstanding! The hotel has its own small, free parking lot and an additional one a few meters away for an additional fee of 5 Euros per day. Great location. Lots of restaurants, pubs and beautiful beaches nearby. The harbour is 5 minutes away with various organised excursions. 5 minutes walk to supermarkets and 10 minutes to the main bus station. Highly recommended!

2nd stay in this hotel, 20-27 May 2023. My wife and I like the atmosphere, as the hotel is smallish, and sort of tucked away between larger stuff. The hotel is a little older, but very well-maintained. The medium size swimming pool is clean, deep enough for adults, but also has a shallow section for kids, and is surrounded by new, very good sunbeds, in a well-maintained garden-like setting. There is some towel laying going on in the morning, but people doing this really show-up not long thereafter and it's not annoying. There are enough sunbeds. The pool area also has a bar and an eating area. We had a room at ground level with our little terras facing the pool. This proved to be an excellent location (not in the last place to get your ice cold beers from your own fridge - don't tell El Socorrista). The room we had was large enough (you don't want to be in your room, but out anyway), had AC, good beds (2 single beds, on wheels, so beware of the split!), and the bathroom is OK. The bed is made and towels are replaced every day, except on Sundays. The location of this gem is the best: it's ~75m walking down to the walking path towards Playa del Duque (north) or Playa de los Tarajales (south). Or you walk ~250m upwards to C.C. San Eugenio. 'Everything' is within walking distance. There is a mini supermarket ~100m walking up from the entrance of the hotel. Perfect to get your beers, water bottles, sunblock >100ml, everything! Last, but CERTAINLY not least, I want to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel's personnel, which is exceptional. Only smiling faces!

The AC seems remotely controlled, which is fine. But it gives a beep when it switches on/off. It would be good if that beep could be or is disabled. Our room had a shower in the bathtub, which is OK. But a walk-in shower would have been nicer.

We had the most wonderful holiday here in July. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely. The hotel is quiet and not too busy despite being a brilliant location for many bustling areas locally! We booked two excursions from Reception, the Tiede & Masca Tour and Siam Park- both were easy to book and fantastic days out. The staff are all friendly and approachable and the food and drinks were of a much higher standard than I expected for the price. We really loved our time at Hovima and strongly recommend it!

The only (and absolutely only!) thing I disliked about our stay was the bed- it was two singles pushed together and even with the brakes on it would slide apart in the night. We got used to it but perhaps if there was a way of securing them together that would be ideal! But a small detail in an overall fabulous stay x

What you read about the staff if true - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was great and the rooms are super spacious. Located perfectly between Adaje and Playa De Las Americas it was a nice location that meant you could easily walk to both areas.

I know this isn't the hotel's fault exactly but there are parrots kept on the roof of the building next to the hotel that were pretty noisy at times and often woke us up. I also felt like though the rooms were lovely, the bathroom could have used a refresh as the grouting looked a bit manky and our shower gel dispenser leaked.

We have stayed at Panorama many times before but the improvements made to the rooms and pool area were first class.the staff have always been friendly, in fact they are more like friends. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their face. The selection in the restaurant was very good meaning there was always something available to your liking. The reception staff were particularly helpful in finding us a room where we wanted.

I cannot think of anything else you could do.

The hotel is well situated, closes to beaches and sights, the staff is friendly, the breakfast and dinner were satisfactory with a variety of options offered. The rooms are big and we had a nice view.

it is not clear in the description and their webite that the free outdoor parking has limited availability (only like 10 parking spots) and it is not guaranteed that you will have free parking daily. We rented a car, and it happened every night to get back to the hotel and not find a parking spot. The options we were offered from reception were to either pay 5 euros to a private parking, park on the road if we find a free spot or go the nearest free public parking, 10 min away. We were travelling with a little baby so this was quiet inconvenient getting back to the hotel after a tiring day and not having guaanteed parking and having to look around or pay extra. After we complained they were kind enough to offer us a spot in their indoor parking without charge.

A very friendly hotel gave a very warm welcome when we arrived. The room was lovely & cool & exceptionally clean.

Managed to get a subbed every day we were there but had to be down for 9am as most days you wouldn’t get one. Also was given a meter on first day to say can’t reserve beds but everyone did and they didn’t enforce their rule of taking towels off beds that had been on for a long time.

Very clean, quiet and good location

The food wasn’t best quality, I wasn’t keen on the food and in an evening there was no drinks included with the dinner not even water. When I asked for water I was told I needed to purchase it or they could boil some tap water for me! The dining experience was not the best.
