Great view from the balcony out to the sea (specified a sea view room) Multiple pools all clean and not overly full. Loved being near to the sea. Also enjoyed the view point only a minutes walk away. Staff all really helpful and friendly.

Aircon wasn’t particularly strong but then again it was incredibly hot when we were there so maybe it’s ok usually. We checked out at midday and a rather officious receptionist said we had to hand over our all inclusive bands even though we weren’t leaving until 6pm. As we’d spent a fair bit of money for 2 rooms over 4 days this seemed a little penny pinching. They did offer us a voucher for lunch which made it all the more odd.

Big hotel with all amenities suitable for discovering of the island. Of course its quite crowded but also well managed and mainatined sou you will find your space. There is plenty sunbeds and also you can park your car. There are some dining options nearby the hotel as well. breakfast is fine, especially outside.

Place is generally very windy, especially the pool area, but to be honest - wind is what you find plenty all over Canaries :) Our room (4401) was in the coridor connecting two buildings so it was quity noisy albeit also spacious.

Very professional and helpful staff at the front desk. I was not only allowed, but actually offered to use the facilities such as pools after the check-out. The pools and facilities were well-maintained, plenty of options at dinner buffet. I had a room oriented toward the ocean so the views were perfect.

Staff at the restaurant, bar, and pool does not really speak English but I always somehow managed. My room could definitely use some renovations but the overall appearance somehow reflects the lower price tag.

The Junior suite room was organized in a way that the bedroom was far from balcony. It was hard to ventilate the room because of this (the window on the other side faces the corridor and is too loud late Evening). We solved the problem by sleeping on a balcony.

The hotel is in a great location, right beside a beautiful beach and close to the airport and not too far from Santa Cruz. There are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. I ended up in Covid isolation and the hotel was very accommodating, bringing 3 meal per day to my room, providing a yoga mat, books and anything else I asked for. Despite probably being worried about Covid, the reception and restaurant/room-service staff were super friendly and caring to me - making the experience a little easier.

The hotel increased the room service charge from EUR6 to EUR20 during Covid times. While I understand that people may be likely to abuse room service during isolation, the charge was not made clear to me.

Very friendly staff, nice location. Food was in general good. Restaurant was never too crowded. Variety of pillows in the room was great.

It was sometimes hard to find out if the food is vegetarian or not. The cooks spoke only spanish and waiters didnt know, but were willing to ask. Also everywhere smoking guests, should be more restricted.

I've stayed in this hotel for 4 weeks and overall I'm pretty happy with my choice. The hotel was near to a very nice beach. It was really amazing to sleep and wake up with the sound of ocean. It had many (if I remember it right 4) swimming pools, which were pretty well cleaned every day. The swimming pool staff was friendly and nice. The reception staff was pleasant and helpful. We were treated very well, they even upgraded our room from mountain view to half sea view without us even asking for that, because the hotel was not full and they could offer it. It was really nice of them :) The dinner was really tasty and different every day. There was a big variety of dishes and one could find dishes per their taste. The anti-corona measures were colossal. The wifi was catching well even in the rooms and even near the swimming pools. Although it was mentioned that only 3 devices can connect to the wifi, we had 4 of them connected successfully and I managed to work with the great internet during my whole stay there. Overall I would say my stay was worth the money I paid.

It was the first time I had a HB, where soft drinks were not included in the price, so every evening you would have to pay extra for water or juice. The breakfast was very boring. When we just arrived the cooks were very nice and professional, but after a couple of weeks they were for some reason replaced with less professional ones, who were besides not cooking so tasty, also not very friendly. So the last 2 weeks we were mostly eating flakes with milk.

Food is normal. Hotel has great location. It is a paradise now here, because not much people here due to volcanoe. It is great time to visit, assuming you are flexible, my flight got cancelled and I even have to fly from another island with 1 day delay. But that is a risk worth taking, stay in this hotel was very nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great views from my room. I would stay longer but no holidays left.

Bathroom is a bit outdated, but all works and is very clean.

This hotel is incredible! I loved every bit and will be staying here again when next in La Palma. The room was spacious, incredible views out over the pool and ocean, comfortable beds, amazing shower, house keeping, conceierge, dining staff were extremely helpful. Food and drink was delicious along with some great evening entertainment!

This was our 4 th stay at this hotel. Little disappointed in the missing skirting in the walkway and the fact the carpet had not been cleaned during our stay. Also some of the chairs need repairing in the entertainment lounge.
