Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean. Food was good. We had a suite which was nice and spacious. No fight for the sunbeds around the pool. Peaceful and relaxing. Most nights the entertainment was very good. Good location for Sa Coma and Cala Bona.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I wouldnt say it was quite a 5 star because there was a few things like chipped furniture and a broken draw in the room. The bathroom needs an update. The swimming pool is nothing like the picture thats shown. Although it was nice and large its a bit misleading.

The food generally was excellent particularly the first night on Friday. There was a complimentary drink for us as we entered the restaurant on Friday aswell, The spa facilities were lovely and it was very relaxing break. Also have to mention the Motown singer on Friday night was superb.

The only thing was on Saturday there were alot more people and I felt a bit harassed in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast the next morning. It didn't feel there was quite enough staff for the volume of people. But the people who were working were extremely polite and worked very hard.

Preferred treatment for repeat visitors during dinner time by getting the best tables outside and new visitors only being seated at the entrance door inside. There should not be any reservation for buffet dinner at all and if you have pls make sure EVERY guest has the same chance to sit on the terrace! We are all paying customers and not dining for free!

Service from the staff was excellent from start to finish. David by the pool was great. Food was great, and plenty of choice. Gardens are well kept and the spa, pool were fab. I highly recommended the sports massage..

Only one thing was a surprise, suite 2307 the drawers were all broken, not what I expected for the rating. As long as you did not want to use them, the room was great otherwise. There was more than enough wardrobe space.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. We stayed in a suite which was spacious enough for the two of us, although the air con in the bedroom was not working as affectively as we would have liked. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The location of the hotel is at the quieter end of Cala Mallor which worked well for us as we enjoyed the walk to/ from the restaurants in the evening.

Not the prettiest of settings- our room overlooked a car park and supermarket. There was a construction site directly opposite the swimming pool.

Everything!!! The hotel is perfect! Located near the beach and close to the shopping center and restaurants. The pool is really nice and big. The room and balcony with mountain view - beautiful sunset and sunrise views every day. Very clean. The room was big and bathroom/toilet had separate doors, which is very rare. Pool cafe/bar was amazing. Whatever i ordered was delicious. The staff is super friendly, smiley. Not only at the pool btw, but in general. Greeting you with a smile and being helpful with all the needs. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Mattress 🙈 too soft. Felt like i am falling into the hole. This is the only thing which i didnt find comfortable.

We found this to be a really well appointed hotel, comfortable rooms, superb breakfast ++ , fantastic pool with plenty of space to relax, very helpful staff who helped us with resturant bookings printouts and advice. The pool side cafe provided really great snacks.

The bathroom was spacious and well appointed but a little behind the times in design ie no walk in shower, but this would not stop me from returning.

The calm, the quality of the guests, the super friendly staff, the delicious Mediterranean cuisine, the proximity to the beach, the nice pine trees garden, the amenities like the jacuzzi and the sauna, and of course the spa services where the therapists are really excellent… not to mention the super interesting price to quality ratio… I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing retreat by the sea

the location was very quiet, I had a good sleep overall, nice scenery overall, close to the beach. the restaurant food was amazing, the pool bar made great cocktails.

would have liked queen/king size bed in the suite but this is just personal preference not a critique.

Breakfast is great. They have a good spread of dishes. The service is exceptional, everyone at the hotel is friendly, helpful and courteous. The prices are quite reasonable. The property is nice and clean, rooms are spacious and there are 2 pools outside and inside. If the weather is cold then the indoor heated pool is great. They also have a spa (paid), free access to sauna and steam room and some exercise options.
