It’s very new and the staff are very friendly. Bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is good. It’s very close to the beach.

You have to pay 1 euro to get clean beach towels. Parking spaces in the street are difficult to find.

Staff at the reception (Montse) very friendly, professional. Tried her best to accommodate tired family. Very comfortable beds, toiletries available in the bathroom (perfect as we stayed just one night, no need to buy anything if travelling light), XL bath towels, swimming pool at the roof is small (90cm deep) but good enough to refresh yourself (also a little bar at the roof so you can order some food/drinks), exceptional breakfast and location is fabulous (1 minute walking to the beach). Remember there is no parking available, however, a free of charge large parking area is available near Aldi (half a mile distance from hotel), or streets around Police department/Aldi where plenty of parking spaces can be found free of charge.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I checked in until the day I checked out. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations, and I am thrilled to share my thoughts about this fantastic stay: Warm and Welcoming Staff: From the very start, the hotel staff made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the front desk personnel greeted me with genuine warmth and a friendly smile. Throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making me feel right at home. Elegant and Comfortable Accommodations: My room was impeccably clean and elegantly furnished, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of exploration.

The location was perfect just a stone's throw from the lovely beach and promenade and the same from the main busy street where life was of an evening but you would never have known the minute you turned the corner to the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly and always happy to help and the breakfast selection was fantastic and so fresh. Lovely dip pool on the roof which was perfect for a late afternoon dip, read of my book and an Aperol!

Really difficult to find fault and if there was just one thing it would be the lack of hanging space for wet costumes etc. When you'd rinse them at the end of the day...maybe just a simple pull out line or rack in the shower would fix this.

Close proximity to the beach. You can hear seawaves from the room. Chic style. Nice pool on the roof. Good staff. Nice breakfast

The lift wasn’t working and we lived on the fourth floor. Nowhere to dry clothes which was uncomfortable.

The rooftop pool was really nice, the breakfast was delicious and contained a lot of choice. The staff members were really nice (apart of the barman at the rooftop bar who threw a fit when I asked him to make our cocktails without ice). The location was good for the city - right next to the beach and the city center, close to Aldi and the bus stops.

The main problem we had was with the AC. It was constantly ON and it was blowing cold air so our room was always cold. We asked on reception to either stop it or increase the temperature (as the device in the room pretty much was useless) - it became clear that the temperature for heating up can not go above 19 degrees due 'eco-gas-related reasons' or something of the sort. Furthermore, the only way to turn it off was to leave the window open (which you can guess during the night was equally not cool). I ended up going home sick after the trip.

For some reason, we were able to book a room with a balcony, even though the hotel doesn't have balconies. So we got an upgrade to a suite, which we were also really happy about. The pool area was super nice and quiet! The pool itself is a little smaller than expected, but nothing to complain about! Breakfast had a lot of different things to offer, both sweet and savory. There is no parking in the hotel, but a large Aldi parking lot is just a minute's walk away and free, so that was also very convenient.

Honestly, if I had known in advance that there were no balconies, I probably would've opted for a different hotel. There weren't many options to hang wet towels and clothes after the day on the beach. However, I gotta say, the pool area really makes up for the lacking balcony!

The room was tidy and clean. It had everything we wanted. enough storage, clean toilet & shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. Fresh fruit and enough options for vegetarians and meat eaters. The staff was also very kind and polite. Also the location was good. We used to park the car at the parking lot of Aldi during our stay and walk 5-7 min to our hotel.

The heater / airconditioner didn't function. but we opened the window for some cold and fresh air instead.

The hotel is pretty new, clean, close to the sea, nice breakfast.

Asked to change our room, because it had a bad mold smell and was moisty. In general it’s pretty new, but economy type hotel. The resort town overall is a bit sad. I believe the hotel would look much better if it will be in a different area.
