We loved our room here,as both the bedroom and bathroom were very nicely designed and spacious,but maybe what we loved most of all,was the view from our window as evey morning we woke up to the sun on the Roman bridge crossing the river to the town!We found it also very reasonably priced for August,so much so that we extended our stay! All in all,highly recommended!!
There was a problem one day with the water but that was something the hotel had no control over -rather it was something to do with the local supply in the town itself

After a long motorbike drive on a hot day we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located hotel, a great base for exploring the area. Our room was nice, very comfortable, extremely clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the castle and bridge. The staff was nice and helpful, the fact that they have their own parking a great advantage. They also have a restaurant and a terrace where you can have a drink with a beautiful view. This time we chose to explore the city. Breakfast was good and it was obvious the attention paid to the Covid safety rules.
This was our second stay at the hotel (first time 7 years ago) and we felt nothing changed ant it remained to be updated. TV is rather small, weak internet signal, some hits here and there that need to be repaired and the duvet cover on one of the beds had some small cuts. Time goes by at the Mirador and you can certainly feel it. Would suggest just some attention to the details still would return and recommend it!

The hotel is lovely and so are the staff.
The restaurant in the hotel and all the other restaurants in the town were closed because it was Wednesday. We didn't know this. We arrived late and found it very difficult to get something to eat in the town. In the end we found a bar where locals were watching football - better than nothing but stressful.
