Check in is too late at 17.00 , you pay for a day and can check in judt in the end of the day. The same about check out at 10.00 too early, if u want to sleep a bit more or enjoy breakfast, pool...

Beautiful property, superb setting on a hillside over a nice beach, really clever resort layout, and excellent accommodation spaces, facilities, and private terraces. Food excellent, both in the main bar and main restaurant. Mio club for kids was friendly and inclusive. Recommend researching how any guest will get provisions for self-catering given the remoteness of the location (supermarkets 15 mins drive either side of the resort).

Under-staffed, so bar and restaurant service very slow and hit and miss. Nuzza restaurant kept us waiting 30 mins before taking our order. Otherwise reasonably friendly. Outdoor pool needs to be cooler for full summer sun (water temperature was 34C!). Gym very small and some equipment either broken or ageing. Could use the gym space much better, with better equipment and space configuration. Paying for parking (€10 per day) on check-in was an irritation, and feels like a no-option surprise, which isn’t the right way to position it. It starts the trip on a negative (I may have missed any notification about it before arrival).

The apartment was spacious and really clean. We had a fabulous view from the large terrace. It was quiet at night, although we were visiting the area out of the main season. I would label this resort as car essential. It's located a fair walk downhill from the main road and there are no accessible supermarkets within a short walk from the apartments. The resort-based mini market does not carry sufficient a range of food for full self catering. Despite the few misgivings identified below, we would certainly consider booking the resort again.

There were no soft closures on the kitchen cabinet doors/drawers. That was a shame given the high standard of finish generally. Be warned - don't even think of trying the body jets on the inbuilt shower unit. You will end up very quickly with water cascading all over the bathroom floor! The radio doesn't work either. There is also very little storage for clothes if you want to unpack for a week or 2.

I like that we could bring our pet. Also the spa was great. Sometimes the hamam or the massage shower wouldn't work but the finnish sauna was always usable and heated well (around 85°C). Spa-pool not dirty and facilities were running. Extra good: The beauty coach (Laura I think) was very kind and professional. I got a massage and a very relaxing face treatment including a food and leg massage. Also the house keeping and reception staff were really kind and really helpful. WLAN is good for work, only video calls from the balcony wouldn't stream well.

The rooms were a bit small and the pool wasn't really refreshing, like water was warm, salty and not clear/opaque. They could have a lost and found box for lost-at-pool-things like childerens diving glasses, toys...everything just dissappears.

- feels like home: great location, views, kitchen equipment is TOP! - WARM in winter: heated floors, radiators, air-conditioning - so its very warm in winter, very pleasant to stay - gated parking is organised inside on different levels and its free - bravo! - very well maintained. They really care about this property and it‘s great for families as there are two big playgrounds - beach (lagoon) is small but very picturesque - in the adjacent building (towards Benidorm) there is a good restaurant

- BAD SMELL outside - there is a landfill (recycling center) several miles away and the ODOUR is omnipresent and truly massive if air quality (mainly at night) is of importance for you - you‘ll be very disappointed. They should hire a good lawyer and in a concerted effort demand improvements in the odour management. - cleaning: they could and should train the personnel to mop the floor thoroughly. We stayed in other apartment hotels in Spain and the cleaning there was way better.

Resort itself ...excellent location near by the sea,restaurant on site food was very good. Sea view from my room was more or less. I booked exclusively sea view room, but I got a lateral sea view. In future, on my next booking I will add notes with room preference. If you have your own car it's better,you can travel surrounding villages or you can travel with tram, station very close to the resort.

What I didn't like, breakfast was poor, 12 euros for bit a food in plate. I choose my own breakfast, in apartment, groceries from supermarket, 15 min with tram or own car it's better.

The whole place is amazing and above expectations. The apartment has beautiful interior design and is fully equipped with everything you might need starting from (high quality) cooking appliances and ending with cleaning products. I loved that you could open the doors to the terrace all the way and submerge into the sun & sea (+ I had an amazing rooftop terrace). It's a great place to relax & unwind - all you can hear are the waves. Included in the price is the usage of a small spa and sauna. There's also a restaurant, a bar and a mini market. If you plan to prepare your own meals then it's best to buy beforehand. The nearest town with shops is 15 min by tram or bus - which is actually really convenient. If you want to escape the busy city life or spend time with family/ friends then this is the perfect place. I don't get amazed easily but this place is definitely worth 10 points.

Really minor things like having a place to fill your bottle with filtered water, being able to borrow a yoga mat, having an extra blanket/ plaid in the room. The spa could be opened a bit longer (e.g until 21:00). In general, everything was great.

Recommended car if you need to go to shop often. But just 7 minutes walk there is a tram stop line nr 1. Closest town is Villajoyosa just 15 minutes on the tram which is easy and cheam. Runs every half hour. We caught the tram to Alicante to spend last night in the city close to the airport. Apartment in the resort was great, so holiday feeling due to the deco and huge balcony with lots of furniture. Great for meals or drinks outside.

Everything was amazing :) friendly staff, amazing views! amazing apartments size and condition, all equipment you needed for cooking included. Easy to go to the cities, Alicante - Benidorm if you using tram (station 5m away) but the last trains from the cities are around 22:00.

Only few things I like to highlight, there was nothing to do during the late evening, no were to go, only if you using the car to go to the city, but it is nice and quiet area. Also, pool is little bit to small for amount of people. Apart of that excellent place to stay! Mosquitoes annoying, sometime after 6 on the terrace it was not possible to sit, sometimes tolerable. The pool does not have enough umbrellas, you need to take a seat with shadow in the early morning.

Very clean apartment, the pool area was kept clean & the staff were friendly. Really handy to have a shop on site for the bits you need like food & toiletries.

Our aircon stopped working one afternoon, and it took 3 trips to reception to get someone to come out and look at it, we were told someone would be there in the next couple of minutes each time. The next morning someone came at 8.30am which wasn’t ideal for us. Also reception closing at 8pm wasn’t great, I’ve never known a reception area to close at all for emergency purposes.
