Room comfortable and clean. Food selection very good. Staff friendly and helpful

I think a shuttle bus service into Estepona town centre would be a very welcome improvement. Also, although only a minor point, on previous visits to this hotel (prior to Covid) the beach towel exchange desk was not restricted to 11-12 and 4-5pm (not particularly convenient times)

no tea & coffee making in room, had to pay extra for safe, no english tv except news channels. only place to get coffee is in the bar in the evening not at the dinner table. sun beds on beach were very grubby yet ones round the pool were lovely.

Attractive spacious hotel with modern decor. Nicely decorated and spacious room; reasonably comfortable bed - frequent change of bed linen. Excellent selection and quality of food. Very pleasant and helpful staff; paid attention to detail. Traditional flamenco dancing entertainment was superb; other evenings just okay.

The hotel is situated virtually on its own - no shops or attractions nearby. Estepona is a €7 taxi ride away - well worth a visit. Our initial room was a partial sea view: not as we had ordered. We were accommodated the next day with a full sea view room. A hanging rail was also provided as the fitted wardrobes have no full length hanging space.

I loved so much about this hotel. The breakfasts are amazing….the variety is fab. The staff work so hard to keep the premises spotless….and they are always in good form. The pools are great….one heated, one not. The beds are big and very comfy. Our room was a standard double and was perfectly adequete for us. The shower is bathtub style so could be problematic for people with mobility issues.

I didn’t like that all the downstairs hotel lights were all switched off every night before 12.30 AM. My husband and I were playing a game of pool one night in the lobby at 12.20 and the lights were switched off and we were plunged into darkness !! I asked for even one light to be switched back on over the pool table and I was begrudging allowed “ 10 minutes more” . Residents will only be served drinks until 12 midnight and not a minute later. So….no bar, no lights , no entertainment……….totally utterly dead after 12.30am. The fact that there are no pubs , shops or any entertainment venues near the hotel means that your only option , at that time , is go to your room. A big , big drawback in a hotel that is so perfect in so many ways, such a pity.

The hotel is really nice, very spacious and the pool area is beautiful. The palm trees and other plants make it so pretty.

The food is very average, the breakfast is ok but instead of offering this many choices it would be better to focus on perfecting just a few and offer that. The food at the restaurant was really bad, we are not picky eaters but we couldn’t even take a second bite of the burger. For food I recommend going to the historic centre os Estepona which ha s hundreds of amazing restaurants.

It’s our second time staying at this amazing hotel and we enjoy it more and more every time. The room is spatious and clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful starting with all the receptionists, the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant, cleaning personnel and last but not least, the entertainment people by the pool , especially Ezio who was fun and always remembered everyone’s names. All of them made our stay very enjoyable and we have already booked our room for next summer. Highly recommend this hotel! It’s amazing!

Everything was perfect

Staff were extremely helpful. Lovely atmosphere at the hotel. Accessible to the local Marina in walking distance. Great entertainment would throughly recommend. Loved the modern decor.

I am unable to think of anything as it fully met our requirements.

The beds were super comfortable, great helpful reception and bar staff. Pools were great.

The beach to the hotel wasn't great, and hotel sunbeds on the beach are not really cared for. The lobby area of the lifts on our floor 5 was dirty most of the time, dusty coffee table and carpet not vacuumed, and the lift doors and lift control on the wall were covered in greasy kids hand prints for the entire 6 days we were there. So common area was not good. The food wasn't great at all. Could do with making less range properly than too much choice that tastes of nothing.

Lovely large balcony with super view and a really spacious room with a nice bathroom that had a bath tub and shower - Much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and it was good to have a choice of pillows. .. Lovely not to have freezing cold air conditioning in the hotel that can be a problem in some hotels. Nice to have traditional decor and lots of wardrobe space.. A good range of food in the restaurant. Great pools and all the staff and cleaners were really friendly and helpful and I rate this hotel very highly and will recommend to others.

The two sheets loose over and under the duvet were a bit difficult to keep in place, as I don't sleep with the sheets tucked in so maybe a duvet cover could be provided.

lovely comfortable hotel. great facilities in a super location within a reasonably walking distance from Estepona. Well equipped room with an amazing sea view. We were glad we opted for the privilege room which gave lots of welcome extras.

buffet food is not my favourite. Was good but not quite what we wanted so we would walk in to Estepona Marina in about 25 minutes for restaurants and could swap half board from dinner to lunch which was helpful. Breakfast (Privilege deal) was excellent. we wouldn’t hesitate to return though.
