The hotel was in a great location for where we needed to be, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean although a little small for 3 single beds. Tea and coffee in the room. Aromatherapy massage was wonderful
The spa was not a pleasant experience, mainly couples getting it on which was uncomfortable for 3 friends trying to relax. Breakfast wasn't overly great. Bar wasn't great expensive drinks and not comfy seats

The staff was very nice and helpful. the location was great, a 10 mn walk to the Centre. In front of the hotel there a very nice kids park. the breakfast is wonderful! freshly squeezed orange juice, great fruits, a honeycomb with pure honey and a variety of breads.

The hotel is located some 15-20 minutes from the city centre and next to the Palacio de Congresos. The hotel is big and all of the services were excellent (although I didn't have time to test the spa, everything looked fantastic). The breakfast was well served and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The WiFi speed was not the best in my room. The breakfast started only at 7.30, an earlier start date would be a bonus for busy travellers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They facilitated the storage of our rental bikes overnight and send our room a sparkling wine for my wife's birthday. The room was clean. Overall, it was a good stay. Spa was OK.
A bit aged. Number of little things (safe, one of the soap dispensers, kleenex holder on the wall) were broken or didn't work well. TV have only one or two English channels.

The room service was good. The staff was very helpful and nice. The parking is narrow but useful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet.
Breakfast could be improved (very dry churros, cold bacon, disappointing choices). The spa hours are too little choices (only afternoons on Thursday?) Only one pillow and no bath products at all (body milk, vanity kit etc)

Comfortable modern hotel. 10 minutes walk into the city centre
Parking is not cheap but hardly surprising given location. Biggest nightmare was finding it. SatNav then signs take you to the rear of the hotel which is where parking is BUT you have to know to look fir a small sign on the wall to find the actual entry. If you miss it (as we did) you end up in a one way system that took us 20 minutes to get back to the hotel.

The staff was super helpful. The hotel asked mid-stay what they could do to make my stay better and then the manager personally called me to ensure I'm comfortable. This is the first time such a personal service was provided and super amazing and impressive. The hotel is very clean and for the money it's a great value. The breakfast was outstanding, honestly amazing - go for it! I would stay here again, it's a little walk from the city centre, but even this area is quite nice with good restaurants, the river, and it's quiet. Very close to the tram station that takes you to the Granada railway station.
Spa is open Thursday evening through to Sunday. My stay was Monday to Thursday morning :) The location is nice, but a bit of a walk to the city centre.

Breakfast was very nice. The beds are comfy. Special thanks to getting those elongated pillows, they are perfect! The location was perfect to visit the conference at the conference center, while being close enough to the inner city. Bus to the airport is just a few meters away.
Parts of the generally very clean bathroom had some moldy spots.

This hotel was perfectly located for exploring the city centre of Granada. The rooms and layout of the hotel were perfect. We loved the spa and the fact kids were also allowed in, brilliant touch.
Some of the decor is slightly dated, so I appreciate the hotel could do with a little bit of a make-over.
