We liked the size of the room, the design, the modern feel, the lift, the fridge in the room, walk in shower, light setup, sound proof windows, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed linnen, cleanliness, hairdryer, desk & chair, charging ports next to the bed, super kind and helpful staff The rooftop is really nice as well to have a moment to yourself Quiet hotel with respectful guests *We loved the pizza from “URBAN Pizza”, one of the best pizzas we’ve had!! *We loved the automated 24 hour shops “Pica & Pica 24H”, super handy in the evening (safe area in the evening to walk * Another automated shop is “Stop 24 Horas”, (feels less safe to walk in evening) *Try ensaimada with cream or traditional ensaimada in “Panord” or “Forn Sant Fransesc” *Parking; “Parking Plaza Mallorca” is a bit small when you’re traveling with a big car, best to leave your car in the area of this underground parking (where there are no blue parking lines) Super friendly Miguel and Niko and the young man that cleans the bedrooms ? What could be better? • No wheels under the the bed would be great, we would wake up in the morning and there would be a gap between us • A small kettle would be nice to have in the bedroom to make tea

This boutique hotel was everything we wished for. The rooms were very chic and clean. The location was perfect, as we were in the center of Inca and we were able to walk to all the restaurants. We had a rented car that we could easily park very close.

The only thing that we didn’t appreciate was that the beds had wheels and they kept moving. It wasn’t a big deal, though.

excellent central location. very clean newly refurbished rooms with a particularly good shower. Miguel was an excellent host. Great roof terrace which I think will have quite a buzz when they open their bistro/ bar concept. Excellent value for money. a wee hidden gem. Inca is very central for all of Mallorca. not touristy at all. Train station is a 5/7 minute walk. trains every 20 minutes / half an hour to Palma and cheap. thank you Miguel.

The facilities were well maintained, the staff pleasant and helpful. The room very comfortable for two people and the room services particularly good.

Negative was that the bathroom vanity had not been cleaned properly and there were several black female hairs. it would also be good if there was a wastebasket in the main area of ​​the room.

Our favorite stay in Mallorca. Very clean, big and stylish room. As a very allergic person I can say that there was no triggers in this place. The staff is very friendly and always there to help.

If you live on the 1st floor it gets a bit noisy in the morning from the sounds of the cafe

Exactly as expected: room and facilities, small & clean, in the center of Inca. Individual room on the rooftop has access to the terrace. Best-fit if you are looking for something modernish in Inca. Late check-in by code possible, all transactions online.. Good communication by messages.

Expect a hard mattress

Very friendly and helpful host, big and comfortable room; great location in midst of the center of Inca; good base for trips to the surrounding mountains

Very helpful staff and very clean

Nothing major. The only slight thing was that it wasn't clear that reception was not staffed for check in and it all had to be done online. The online check-in and information was however excellent

This is centrally situated modern hotel. It was spotlessly clean. The owner was incredibly helpful. The room was comfortable. Perfect WiFi, splendid shower. Good breakfast. Nearby good public parking.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was nicely designed, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Parking was not on site but was only a 5 minute walk away
