First of all, the whole staff was really lovely. We arrived at the end of the check in schedule and someone was waiting for us. Also Antonia did a great breakfast service, was always very helpful, lovely and a kind soul. She even recommended some beaches. The whole pool area is just terrific, so calm and beautiful with all the plants and love for details. 10/10 was the breakfast, you could choose from a variety of really tasty and fresh stuff, no buffet or ordinary bought bread/pastries. It was our highlight. Definitively recommending this place to friends and family!

We chose the smallest category of rooms, which was okay size-wise, there could be some adjustments in the bathroom (broken tiles at the wall), loose hangers for the towels. We also would prefer other blankets in the bed, as it was only a thin sheet. But that’s all only small adjustments. You have to be aware, that there is a church right next to the hotel, so you might hear that one during the night, also the walls aren’t that thick as it’s an old building. But overall only minor things & we would definitely recommend anyone to come there.

The atmosphere was great! Felt like I was on a private retreat. Location wise it was a bit out of the way however I purposely booked this spot as we would be renting a car and exploring other parts of the island so I wanted to be central. Staff were very welcoming for the most part.

The only real complaint I had was that there was a discrepancy with the payment which was a misunderstanding on my part and was sorted out. However I felt really rushed during check out and when I paid for the room I wasn’t given the option to chose my currency, the hotel manager chose for me resulting in me having to pay additional charges. This may not have been intentional but I felt I should provide feedback. Overall I didn’t have any other issues.

It’s classified as a 4 star hotel but the excellent service made it feel more like a 5 star. This was our oasis of luxury and tranquillity during our visit to Mallorca. Can’t praise the impeccable and genuinely friendly service enough. Noelia (the owner) runs a wonderful establishment and she and her staff does everything to make one feel at home. Belen, who we mostly dealt with is a real gem. She provided exceptional and outstanding service throughout our stay. Rooms and entire property are extremely clean and well kept. Decor is a tasteful blend of old and new world aesthetics. Hotel was at full capacity during our stay but one would never know it as we often felt that we had the whole place to ourselves. Our room was comfortable and did not lack in amenities. We loved the double shower. We thought location was perfect for our needs. Sineu is in centre of Mallorca and a short drive to anywhere on island but sufficiently distanced from the mass tourism areas. It’s a quiet town with plenty of good restaurants. On Wednesdays the town comes to life with a huge market that attracts vendors and people from all over. Upon arrival we appreciated receiving the extensive and detailed list of recommended beaches, restaurants and bodegas. The pool and garden patio provided welcome refuge from the intense summer heat. For breakfast we were provided with many tasty choices all made with fresh and local ingredients and as always with excellent service. Given the opportunity to return to Mallorca we would would definitely stay at Hotel Can Joan Capó again.

Breakfast was amazing selection and very quick service. The Iberian ham was my favourite option. They offer fresh bread and daily pastries as well and a La carte breakfast options. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Very attentive and always there when you needed. The location is beautiful - very quaint town with great restaurants and local bars. The hotel itself is a beautiful converted home with many of the original details. Pool is great to cool off and they also have a billiards table!

We would sincerely like to thank Noelia and her team. My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a long weekend in July 2022. The hotel is in a sweet village that was very animated in July, with a cute center and several restaurants where locals and a few tourists mingle. We could fully indulge into the local culture. The hotel is extremely charming in an authentic style. Overall very clean. The rooms have high ceilings and each is decorated differently with a lot of charm. The breakfast is amazing! Fresh pressed orange juice, latte macchiato (with plant milk) a great selection of salty, sweet and gluten-free dishes, we had everything we needed to perfectly start the day Noelia and the whole team were very lovely, super patient with all our questions and requests and such a great help before and during the stay. They helped us organise a perfect weekend, pick beautiful beaches, rent a boat, find delicious spots for diner, organized massages, … The best! All of us fully recommend Hotel Can Joan Capo and the team!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful details, all very good. Great bicycle storage room! The pool and especially day beds are gorgeous!

The AC in our room didn't work, we had to recheck it multiple times. Breakfast is unfortunately very slow, which is the reason I am not giving a 9 but a 8 rating. They want to serve you, but this means that you have limited choice and have to wait for very long until you get coffee, water etc. ... I think a better solution would be to have a buffet, and then to serve only dedicated dishes. For instance, in this way there was no choice of yoghurt or similar.

The room was so beautiful, spacious and clean, nice and cool with air conditioning, the free breakfast was really tasty and generous, the staff are so lovely and helpful and friendly and the pool / bar area is lovely to relax around. Can’t fault this place.

The location wasn’t our favourite part of town - hire a car because everything is very far from each other

Lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Very close to the centre of town. Great air conditioning and clean room and bathroom with nice towels. Antonia was very friendly and always gave us a lovely smile at breakfast. She is a credit to the hotel

Beautifully designed small boutique hotel. Perfect for exploring Sineu & the surrounding area. The staff were very helpful, the room was extremely comfortable & the breakfast was well presented & delicious. Really enjoyed our stay!

Parking immediately outside the hotel is limited in a very narrow side street. We found it was better to use the public car park around 80 metres away from the hotel to avoid any accidental damage.

Staff very friendly and could not be more helpful, hotel immaculately clean and the food was excellent. Very relaxing place to stay in a traditional Mallorcan town.
