Location, the room and the staffs. The hotel is right in the center of the town, short walking distance to everything. Lots of little bars and restaurants within 5 mins of walk. The room has high ceiling and bigger than I expected. The beds are super comfortable. It's always clean and smells good. The staffs are super nice and friendly, super helpful. They make the hotel experience beyond wonderful.

If I have to pick something.....nothing, really.

Great location to walk to the old town and the many bars and restaurants. There is also a secure garage for motorbikes and cars, just a little hard to find for the first time. Staff were very good and patient with us as we battled with the language, although they spoke much better English than we spoke Spanish.

The breakfast was a little basic and didn’t really set you up for the day. But other than that everything was good.

Lovely hotel with large beautiful rooms. Beautiful location right across from the park and citadel, and just a half block walk to the old town. I appreciated being a little away from the noise and bustle. The staff were beet friendly and helpful.

It would have helped to have a bit more substantial breakfast and we would have been happy to pay more. One piece of toast didn’t last us that long, and it was challenging to get breakfast on our own without a sit-down at a cafe.

Spacious room with great bathroom and bed and good WIFI. Terrific location maybe 100m from first of dozens of neighbouring restaurants and cafes. Just off the main street and really easy to find with good access in all directions and easy on-street parking. In mid summer the lack of a/c could be an issue, but was fine in mid-September with a couple of windows for fresh air. Breakfast was simple but adequate: coffee, juice, toast with jam and/or tomato+olive oil. A really good base for exploring the western Pyrenees.

No fridge, but that's not unusual, and not a/c.

Staff were wonderful, always helpful and they made our visit a pleasure. The hotel location is excellent being central and overlooking park. Nice breakfast. Good facilities for relaxing during the day.

The hotel had lots of character. The location was great. Staff and service were excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. Coffee and breakfast made our mornings easy.

On some days air conditioning would have been helpful.

Great central location, on street parking outside, although across the park opposite for a small charge is secure garage parking. Breakfast limited but adequate, Jaca is a good place to explore from here.

Lovely old tradional clean building staff very friendly and helpful garage to park motorbikes... €4 For breakfast toast jam/tomatoe orange juice tea/coffee...lovely a stones throw from centre easy to find

Can hear people leaving rooms as wooden corridor floors ,but didnt bother us id definately stay again

Beautiful well cared for building. Classically stylish with an eye for quality. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable large room, with great bathroom and bathtub. Excellent price. Location couldn’t be better, on a beautiful, leafy road next to a park, la cuitadella and the old center. Simple but good and very well priced menu. Stay here if in Jaca! We loved it! It was perfect and magical.

Central but quiet location, plenty of personal time with the owner. Property with character. Private garage. Clean.

1 of the 2 mornings in our stay there was no hot water in our room.
