Super helpful friendly staff, fabulous views, delicious food. The room seemed newly refurbished and to a very high standard.
The advertised pool was unheated and not skimmed, we had to ask for the door to the pool to be unlocked (which the staff kindly did) but at 15 degrees it was startlingly cold! (The small indoor pool is just a plunge pool).

Great hotel about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Jaca. Lots of on street parking nearby so no need to pay for it at the hotel. It was off season so the hotel was very quiet but the indoor pool and restaurant were open.
Hotel a little dated and in need of an update in places. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective.

The views are spectacular. There are grocery stores nearby and the walk to the center was easy.
We were at the hotel for two nights. The first night the room was impressive. The second night we had to move and the room was smaller with no balcony and just ordinary.

Part of the Eurostars chain this was a hotel which met the expectations of us. A decent four star hotel, it performed well in all areas, especially breakfast with the possiblity of four courses. Otherwise friendly and clean with nice on site secure underground car park.
The only drawback was its out of town location, but this was only a twenty minute walk away.

staff was incredible also the cleaning lady was non stop cleaning the reception and welcoming areas.
Managment must be not great as unfortunatly the indoor pool area were quite dirty and no maintenance there even the hotel seems quite news. Just a pity.

Excellent staff , young and eager to please. A very good cuisine and a good house wine at 8 euros. The underground car park was a good bonus.
Location off the centre of town so no walking for sight seeing from around from the hotel.

lovely hotel on the outskirts of town. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was great in the shade under ground and the views from the room spectacular. We loved it!
