Working air conditioner, nice and clean bathroom. If you want to leave your luggage after check-out, they have a storage room where you can leave it. You can even take a shower after you checked out, if there is a need. The location is perfect - close to the city center and there are a lot of nice bars nearby.

For me the bed was quite hard.

Excellent location: many restaurants nearby (check out the desayunos on the Carrer de Blanquerna: tree-lined pedestrian area with many different eating possibilities and little shops), the city centre is close, easy access from the airport. The staff is great: very friendly and helpful. There is somebody at the reception 24/7. Clean. Silent. Good value for money compared to the other accommodations in town.

The room was a bit small, as was the bathroom, but everything was clean. The furniture was a bit old, but the room was good value for money. Perfect for short stays.

We had the chances to take food and water and put them in a small fridge next to the bed. I think that was a perfect and useful way to help costumers like us who travelled a lot during the stay.

What I didn't like was the fact that the room was extremely hot, it wasn't refreshed at all. It was a bit a unpleasant especially when you come back from a sunny day at the beach.

we literally only slept here, but got upgraded to a family room for free (so i could sleep in separate room to my dad). the rooms were very minimal - wardrobe and and bed (wardrobe only in one room). shower and bath. friendly and helpful reception staff. clean rooms and bathroom. really basic, but that's all we needed

Excellent service-very friendly staff! The room was very clean ( was cleaned every day ) and it had all desirable facilities. Perfect location-the street is busy , but with that atmospheric, authentic vibe . The Old Town and the most popular spots are only short walk away ( relatively short if you like walking 🙂) .

This place is a walking distance from the bus terminal and not too far from the shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. We were skeptical about the place from the rating on the website. But overall was good. We also got a huge balcony where one could sit outside for a meal and do sunbathing. We also enjoyed a big bath in the room.

The air-con was a bit old and loud. There was no breakfast.

Great location, 5min walk to Plaza de España and Carrer Sant Miquel. ~15-20 min walk to the Cathedral. Given the price, the room was ok, the beds were comfortable (although the pillows so so). It was very clean.

If I had to mention something, the pillows were not great. Other than that, given the price, it would be unfair to complain about something else.

Very clean and spacious hotel room in a great location in Palma (just 5 minutes walk from the historical center). Very cheap cafes and restaurants in the area if you want to eat and drink the whole day. The hotel staff is kind and smiling and they are always willing to help.

The bed was a bit small for 2 people. I think it is not an actual double bed or it is the smallest double bed category. Internet: Sometimes we had some signal problems or it was getting slow.

This hotel is inexpensive for Palma and whilst it isn't very close to the centre, it is only a 10 minute walk to the bus/train station. Good value for our last night with an early flight out. Would recommend to those on a tighter budget

Very well located for the airport bus and the train to Sóller, and a reasonable walk (25 mins) to the cathedral etc. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk, including McD and Taco Bell. Front desk staff were helpful. Room was pretty quiet and clean.

Getting in and out of the shower unit was a bit tricky. The beds (2 singles) were a little on the small side.
