Lovely property- beautiful style and very clean

For our stay the main attraction - the rooftop pool was closed which was a shame as we paid for this experience.

The location is top! Never see a nicer Hotel in Palma City! Very new!

Some small „ problems“ but only because is new build hotel. But not „problems“

We were there on their first week of opening and many things were not finished/cleaned yet. But that was understandable

Really modern hotel where a lot of thought had gone into the planning of it. Shower fantastic and bed very comfortable. Breakfasts were outstanding. Great location to explore Palma. We experienced a few hiccups with our room (unable to use the safe and fan not working) but these were soon fixed. Staff brilliant - couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.

Frustrated a couple of times when bar not staffed And disappointed restaurant under utilised for dinner and therefore too quiet for us. They were the only downsides we could come up with!

Only open a year so the hotel is pristine. Living wall in the lobby with sculptures of dresses Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Omelettes made to order. Pool area was beautiful with very comfy loungers. Beds in the room super comfy too. We asked for quiet room & never heard anything from any other rooms. Staff were all lovely & looked happy to be working there. Trendy hotel with beautiful courtyard where you can sit out to read or have a drink. The spa is also very nice with design well thought out . It’s close to everything. Cathedral about 5 mins walk away. Small Italian restaurant right across the road was very authentic, food was great & very reasonable. We used the underground car park which has a tight entrance/exit if you have a bigger car but always found plenty of space to park Absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely return

The room was quite small with a separate door to wc and another for the shower. The wash hand basin is in the bedroom. Obviously space saving but a bit different. There’s a lot of glass walls around the lobby bar & we witnessed two separate guests walking into them! Ouch so be careful

We stayed for a couple of nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We received a complimentary bottle of Fizz on arrival, so thank you so much. The hotel and the rooms are very well designed, modern and stylish. It is true the standard double which we had was on the small side, but we expected this, and it still had everything we required. Separate WC and large shower big enough for two! USB charging sockets, safe, storage good lighting and air-con with separate fan. The hairdryer was really really good! The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The Mini bar that had water, soft drinks and beer, could be used once for free. Our room looked out onto the courtyard and was quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. We didn’t have chance to have a drink in the hotel, but it seems there was a main bar, plus a lobby bar. The indoor spa was fantastic for a hotel of this size. Sauna, Jacuzzi, and warm pool and open from 9. We visited the rooftop pool briefly, this also looked fantastic, sadly we had no time left to enjoy it. The hotel is located a little bit out of the way; however, we had done our research and knew this in advance, which is why it was better value for money than some more central places. That said, it was still only a 5-minute walk before you reached the edge of the tourist areas and about 10 minutes to the Sea. This also gave us the opportunity to visit some non touristy bars, and eateries on our return to the hotel in the evening. The A1 Airport bus stopped just around the corner, and runs regularly. We had checked in just one hour after having landed. Palma itself is beautiful, and it is set up well for bicycles and scooters, which we hired. Finally the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. It is not often we return to the same places when doing city breaks however we may just have to break our rule on that, because we loved this trip so much.

Great hotel! Very modern. Nice furnishings. Bathrooms really fitted out well. Excellent location.

Pool area was very crowded. No space and limited beds. A real shame as it was a nice area but just not adequate for all the guests wanting to use it!

The property is new, everything is beautiful, the breakfast was great, amazing suite, the bed was long enough for a tall person, good working conditionaire, pool was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, both the room and hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet hosted many options. Gym was small but had some free weights, cardio machines and pulley machine. Rooftop pool and terrace was great, albeit limited beds but not a huge space so understandable, first come first served basis. Spa facilities were an added bonus! Location wise about a 10 minute walk from the old town.

Only issue I faced was limited sunbeds and availability but that’s expected during the busier summer months anywhere!

Staff is not yet well coordinated,because there are still ongoing works inside hotel. Our room was little bit tight,there is not so much space for luggage.
