The hotel is lovely, great location with a warm, grand home feel. Views out to sea with the surfers were paradise. The beach club is a superb spot for sunset.. Great breakfast!

BAR Not much of a bar at the hotel. The piano bar by reception seemed a little quiet and empty. Closes at 10 and was mainly unmanned and very quiet. Shame but not a big deal! SUNBEDS BY THE POOL TAKEN BY GREEDY RESIDENTS! Maybe the hotel should have a rule in place to stop selfish residents from putting their towels out on the sunbeds. Frustrating that the beds by the pool were all taken with books and towels on them as early as 6am - even the night before!! Some people reserve the beds and then go out in the town all day then return in the afternoon... We weren't going to get into the silly games every day so went to the lovely beach nearby!

Wonderful and stylish hotel. The fresh flowers throughout the hotels are nicely arranged. Lots of art pieces and paintings decorating the hotel. Staff super nice. Very easy to acces the beach. The courtyard is beautiful together with the swimming pool. Will definetely come back!

Fantastic hotel... The room was huge with a big terrace, and had an amazing view of the town and beyond. Perfect location, stones throw away from the beach, restaurants and shops. No need for taxis everything is walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The fact that you had to pay to use the spa area, considering I paid for a 5* accommodation, that should be included. Massage is extra which I understand but spa, steam, sauna jacuzzi should be complimentary too the guests. Also I recommend black out curtains as we came for a relaxing stay and the sunlight would wake us up early. Something to think about.

Breakfast was excellent and the chef who did the omelettes was amazing. The suite was lovely, clean and comfortable to a very high spec. The taste meal in the fish restaurant was excellent highly recommend.

The complimentary water stopped half way through the holiday and so did the bath gel. Also we had an excellent taste meal in the fish restaurant. But to get customers to go to the other restaurants I would suggest they send waitresses around the pool during the day with little tasters of the foods from the different restaurants on offer at the hotel. As customers didn’t know they were there.

Breakfast very good, both fresh and lots of variation. The room was very nice, nicely furnished and quite spacious which is nice. The location is good even though a bit far to walk to Los Christianos

Believe the wifi did not work well as well as sunbeds run down. Also the area around the pool was not clean enough. The beach was nice even though one would want a beach straight at the sea shore. Must also complain about water not being supplied to the room on a daily basis, we got it two times during our stay.

The hotel delivers expectations for a 5-star venue. Standard room is very spacious, well furnished, very comfortable bed and pillows. Although in a very vibrant area, the room is surprisingly quiet. We had a huge balcony with superb privacy. Bathroom is very clean, so is the room, bottled water and coffee capsules replenished every morning. Parking on surrounding streets are free, however it is second to impossible to find space. The hotel offers parking, however against a daily fee. Pool area is very stylish and elegant, properly clean and maintained. Breakfast choice is very rich, hot and cold, regular and special diets are all accommodated.

For the high price you pay for your stay you would rightfully expect the Wellness area and facilities to be freely accessible, however it is not the case - 25 Euros per person per day if you want to go in, and this is odd and somewhat disappointing. Also, parking is not free, the charge of 12 Euros a day is not very high, however this unnecessarily spoils the overall feeling about the services.

We have passed this hotel lots and decided to stay in it this time and I am very happy to say it was a great hotel, absolutely beautiful setting, we were B & B the room was large and I loved that it had carpet which made it homely. The breakfast was brilliant lots of choice lots on seating inside and out, the man cooks you breakfast on his hot plate and it’s a work of art. Lots of sun loungers which were very comfortable, a beautiful pool with a shallow walk in bit and there is a waterfall which they put on, and you can being the pool and go behind it and be in the shade. Didn’t eat in the restaurant cause I had already booked meals elsewhere prior to arriving but I may leave some avaliabilty to try their restaurants when I go again. All the staff we really friendly and helpful

Shower started off a little temperamental would go cold and then very hot but that didn’t happen on the last couple of days so who knows. The TV mostly said no signal and I am not a party animal so like to come back and watch a bit of TV and it was only 1,2,3,4,5 channels thought they may have access to satellite channels. I also seemed to get kicked out of the Wi-Fi and had to frequently sign back into it and then verify my email address but again just a bit of a niggle rather than any really big important bad things

Breakfast was great. Room was very nice and view from it of the sea was stunning. Huge room and with all the facilities of a 5 star resort.

Maybe the charge for using the sun beds at the OA beach club could be lower since the resort advertises a private beach and then charges you for using it.

- They gave us a room which exceeded the requirements we requested for (as we were travelling with our new born for the first time). - Plenty of breakfast options even for someone like me (with gluten & dairy intolerance). Amazing breakfast for ones with no intolerances. - Very helpful staff. - Plenty of restaurants inside and around. - Great pool to relax by. - So close to the beach. Very central location. - Fast WiFi - They let us borrow the kettle when requested at the reception. - Even the taxi driver they helped book for the return trip to the airport was immensely helpful. - Over all insanely great place! Will definitely book here for the next time!

- I really can't think of any. If I've to nitpick I'd say the WiFi password / restaurants available inside etc could've been a bit more clearer. Really. That's all I can think of.
