Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Gran Canaria Mogan

Amazing staff, very clean facilities, there is a quiet area for adults and a busy area for kids with a play ground. the breakfast buffet is probably the best I have ever seen - gluten free options, a lot of fruit, with local options and international as well. I personally had a bad experience with resorts before so I didn’t reallly want to go into one but my husband insisted … this hotel has created a new baseline for me and resorts. I will definetly be back and probably with half boarding.

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed in the Boabab Lopsean in Melanomas 2 years ago which was amazing but this was equally as good but not as expensive. It was not nearly as crowded as other hotels in the canaries. Pros The kids pool - bouncy slide is brilliant Salt water pool is great Room are very good Location - 10 minute walk to the beautiful port of Mogan B&B is the way to go as the variety of restaurants in Mogan are excellent and kids friendly. Hotel organised antigen tests in the hotel before departure

The entertainment is a little amateur CheckIn took 20 minutes which was frustrating after such a long journey - that said the reception staff were excellent

The highest standard as usual. Here you really feel yourself a special guest. All staff is extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are amazing, huge, clean, with all necessary things you need for vacation. Huge terraces with chaise-lounges. Pools are great, there’s “quite” pool if you want to relax and enjoy some calm atmosphere. Food is very delicious and the variety is huge (took half board). Also thanks to the staff who checked us in 1.5 hours earlier, gave free late check-out (until 6pm) and upgraded the room. Luck? Maybe. But this hotel is alway client oriented if they have an opportunity. To conclude - this is must stay place. Also stayed in other 5* hotel in Gran Canaria (was more expensive but the quality and service was far-far away from Radisson Blu).

As a family of 4 we booked this for our summer holiday as we couldn't have been happier with the hotel. The staff deserve every praise and work relentlessly to ensure the guests are taken care of . Hotel itself is stylish/modern and very clean, we were greeted with arrival drinks while checking in and then the bags taken to our room which was 3008. Superior room with pool access and it was ideal for the kids to go play in the pool while we relaxed and caught some sun . Entertainment around the pool took place and again there was no pressure to get involved but the water polo certainly was good fun . Evening entertainment was again good and it didn't turn into one of those typical Butlins experiences with drunken people everywhere. Food wise was brilliant and quality was spot on . Breakfast had everything from omelets, fried eggs, pancakes to pastries fresh fruit cereal and even churros. Dinner- every night was a different theme of buffet food so while we were there we had the following , Spanish buffet, Mexican buffet , Asian , gala buffet , round the world buffet , Italian buffet , Mediterranean buffet . A kids alternative was always on offer and to be fair the quality of the food was exceptional with a wide variety each night . lunch time we tended to eat at the pool bar and that was reasonably priced for items like chicken sandwich or nachos . The staff again really do make this hotel a great place to come and we will defiantly be coming again sooner rather than later. Massive thankyou to all the Radisson staff for making our trip amazing

The bed was huge and very soft, you really get lost in it. The facilities were massive and lots of activities. It seemed like a really great place to bring children. We enjoyed Puerto de Mogan, the little beach there is really pleasant and has little shops and restaurants around it. We were glad to have a car, as we were there for two weeks and this area is small so the freedom to go other places was well worth it. Not too far from Maspalomas and nothing was more than an hour drive or so. Breakfast was good, lots of options!

This hotel is HUGE so if you like something more intimate, look somewhere else.

Just an amazing experience, our second time staying here and it gets better each time.

The only thing is the different food options at each pool bar. But the quality of food at both bars where unbelievable. That's it

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with lots of variety that allowed each of us to find something that we enjoyed. Our room was perfect and spacious and I would certainly recommend this hotel with families of three children or more. The room sizes allowed comfort for our family of 5 with my girls in a room that adjoined ours. Adjoining rooms is something that we rate highly on our list of wants for hotels and our holidays. The rooms were serviced daily too.

The pool is lovely but the quiet pool is in need of repairs. The tiles on the bottom of the pool were loose in places and my daughter did cut her foot on the bottom. That being said this didn't put us off and we will certainly visit again.

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we couldn’t ask for better place! Big and clean swimming pools, very beautiful common areas. It’s also close to Puerto de Mogán beach (15 mins), the bus station (10 mins) and a supermarket/shopping center (I would say less than 5 mins), which is a big plus. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the balcony was quite good. Staff was also very nice and they answered all our questions without hesitation and with a big smile. Definitely we will come back soon :) Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect

Hotel is in great location in beautifully kept town. Gardens, pools we couldn’t fault and the rooms and balconies were one of the biggest I’ve stayed in and travelled significantly. Breakfast was extensive. Staff lovely, friendly and always helpful.

Only thing we thought wasn’t great was the a la carte restaurant as had one meal there which was a bit poor but maybe we were just unlucky. We also thought it would have been nice to have a bar area away from the entertainment in the evenings, which is common in lot of hotels.

Clean, comfortable and luxurious Good range of amenities- swimming pools, outdoor games , gym, sauna within the place. Rooms , bedding comfortable and stocked daily. Good range of tasty breakfast options!!! Smiling, friendly staff who are ready to help!! Our package didn’t include lunch and dinner but were fairly priced compared to outside restaurants! Walking distance to the beach and market! We didn’t book any local tours on this trip so cannot comment further about this!

Quite far away from airport ( 45 minutes) and hence had to spend 164 Euros for the to and fro taxi trip!! For the cost paid, it would be an attractive option of including airport transfers in the price!!! Pillows are too flat and soft which gave us neckache!
