Fay Victoria Beach

The location was magnificent, the sea view amazing and the staff very pleasant, kind and service minded. Breakfast has all you need and fresh squeezed juice felt very luxurious I highly recommended Fay, right outside the door a fantastic promenade and the beach / sea 15 meters away. loved it. Fay is a place to return to. They are refurbishing and upgrading the rooms, so once all that is done it will probably more expensive to stay here.

Wi-Fi was fast but you have to log in every time you turn of iPad/iPhone Rooms are being upgraded and construction going on, which is a good idea considering the amazing location. The flat TV is not a smart tv

The hotel itself is not bad and it has good prices but it has some weaknesses. Over all, it's a fair price for what you get Awesome view if you buy a room with sea view. Did not have trouble checking in at 00:30 AM and was not charged extra.

I wish they had mosquito net at the balcony so I can leave the door open to hear the sea. I found some pubic hair strands in my bed and it was not mine. So the cleaning is not the best. If you want to go to Malaga you will depend on public transport if you don't rent a car. Bus ticket is 1.70 €.

A very welcoming staff ,who upgraded me ,which was a lovely suprise. I live locally and as family took over my property for a week I thought I would see what the renovations where like. I was very impressed with the new look hotel . A great breakfast buffet too. I will feel confident in recommending the hotel to friends .

A bit dissapointed there was no bar in the hotel ,but as it was under renovations maybe it will feature soon.

location & beach

I booked the hotel to celebrate my 75th birthday. I was looking forward to having a romantic dinner with my husband on the evening of my birthday in your restaurant only to be told that the restaurant & bar would not be open until July & this was june. There was no mention of this in your booking page. I realise that owing to covid you may have made restrictions, but surely this should have been stated in your booking. I was very disappointed given the fact that we could not even buy a coffee in your hotel. hopefully you will amend your booking page so that others will not be disappointed as we were.

This place is right on the sea front and we had a sea view terrace on the third floor which was great. Good sized room and good bathroom facilities and the breakfast was decent too. Great location in lovely sea side town with excellent bars, restaurants and cafes.

They are building onto the side of the hotel, but it didn't cause much disruption to our stay. The wi-fi was very poor.

Wonderful weather. Location right on the beach. Lots of cafes and bars to stroll by. Felt very safe and relaxed. Hotel room with balcony was perfect

Some noise in the day from construction nearby but it didn’t affect our experience

No WiFi , No Netflix ……. I complained to the staff on several occasions as I needed the Wifi for business BUT nothing was done, disappointing….

It was right on the beach, so location could not have been better.

We had a view of the main street rather than the beach, but that's just pot luck which side of the hotel you get to stay on. Room was a little bit dated.
