Sercotel Sant Boi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sercotel Sant Boi during my visit to Barcelona, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Hotel Sercotel Sant Boi truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping, every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request or inquiry. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests' comfort were evident throughout my entire stay. One aspect that sets Hotel Sercotel Sant Boi apart is its convenient location. It's situated close to the airport and well-connected to Barcelona's city center, making it a perfect base for both business and leisure travelers.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

Staff were very helpful upon check in and the room was comfortable and clean. I didn't get a chance to walk around the place, as was only staying to get my plane the next day. But I would go back again for the same purpose for sure. The breakfast was also nice and had a good variety of choices available. For those arriving late at night, I noticed a vending machine that sold sandwiches and some drinks. The staff were all very friendly, spoke English and they helped me to book a taxi for the airport. Thanks :)

The remote control for the television was out of batteries, but that didn't really bother me too much as I had the wifi available. Everything else about the hotel was good.

The room was clean. Very friendly staff that helps with the questions. Very good breakfast with variety of fresh fruits, cold cuts, pastries. You can pay 11 euros instead of 13.5 during check-in for the breakfast.

The hotel is in some industrial area, no restaurants around. Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, there was one in the lobby only. Getting to the airport is around 20 euros by Bolt, or one can walk 20 mins to the bus station.

The reception staff were helpful and generous with their feedback regarding were to go and how. The breakfast was basic but yet didn't provided much options for Muslims. To reach this hotel I used a free shuttle provided by another nearby hotel, then took a taxi to get to the hotel and that cost me 10 euros. The room was comfortable and had dark blinds that allow for better sleep, yet the pillow wasn't comfortable to my liking.

Not much facilities are available near the hotel.

This place was quite exceptional for me. it was 10 minutes ride from El prat airport. There’s a bus stand right at the corner of the hotel that you can board a bus that takes you to city. Good clean room, cozy bathroom with fresh towels, no smell of any kind. The room was very big to my surprise and I love it. Oh, I love their pillows, it was fluffy.

The room service staff. They knock on your room door and don’t wait for response. They just go ahead and barge in. That was quite disturbing for me.

Modern and comfortable hotel with all necessary facilities and close to the El Prat airport. The safe box didn't work when I arrived, but they fixed it quickly. The breakfast options are limited, but everything was tasty. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Great air conditioning in the room.

A bit complicated if you need to get to the city centre, as you have to take a bus and a metro. The water tap in the shower is complicated to use. If you need something like cutlery, they don't bring it to your room, you have to go to the restaurant yourself. Also, the water in cartons in the room is not free, which was unusual for me.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay between flights. All of the reception and restaurant staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant even sent my breakfast to my room, as I had my dog with me and I didn't want to leave him in the room alone. The beds are very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep, I usually find it difficult to sleep the night before a flight. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the airport and want a comfortable night's sleep at a good price.

Breakfast was great, staff as friendly and as helpful as possible . Location was a expectaed and I have no probs with that as I know Barca and it's related to airport proximity.

It was a minor heatwave, so might have been nice if the pool was a vailable earlier. But no biggy.

I liked the room size and the cleanliness. I like that there was a thing were you could purchase electronics / adapters etc where necessary. Easy booking and check in process

I would still return based on the below as they small things. The cleaning ladies were a little loud during the day and can sometimes hear when neighbours come and go with closing of doors but it wasn't unpleasant and I would still return. Note for others: room service is Mon - Thurs. Use delivery services on other days (also not a big problem)

1-Room is very spacious 2-Bathroom is very clean and they have hair dryer, a dental kid, a women private kid, and other useful things 3-Safety deposit is provided 4-A snack bar is provided 5-A microwave that can be used on reception floor is an added value 6-The breakfast contain a variety of delicious dishes 7-Reception 24/24 8-Room service is available

1- The hotel is far from Barcelona's main attractions about an hour in bus in order to get there.
