Hotel Goya

Very friendly and helpful staff. Property was situated in an excellent location - not just for sightseeing but also for the many excellent bars and restaurants in the area. Room was spotless clean and maid service was provided every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would no hesitation in staying again or to recommend to others.

Room was a bit small for us, but having a short stay of only three nights was acceptable. Maybe a problem for longer stays though. Car parking was close by but at a charge of 25 euros per night was expensive in my opinion.

Location was excellent, all the staff were absolutely lovely, room was cleaned and fresh towels every day. No place to eat there but with so many local restaurants right on the doorstep, it didn't matter at all! Air conditioning worked really well, we stayed during the 40°+ heat. Room was small but lovely for the price.

The room we had had shutters which opened directly onto the lobby area, no glass. Not a big deal as the shutters had bolts but if you were sensitive to noise you might hear people coming and going.

Staff was there 24/7 and very helpful with suggestions, making reservations, etc. Hotel and entire surrounding área was very safe, and central to most historic sites. Restaurants, cafés and bars just steps away. A GREAT central location. Tasteful decore, exceptionally comfortable bed, and extremely clean.

The room was interior and on the ground floor. The only window opened into the lobby which at times was rather noisy as people came and went early morning and late at night. Otherwise very quiet.

Great budget hotel close to all the historic sites, restaurants, bars and shopping. Stayed an extra night. Left luggage for a few hours. No problem. Gave me a better price for second night. Seville is a wonderful city!

Rooms were dark with no view outside. MIght not be a problem for others, but I am clostrophobic. No breakfast served. However it can be really noisy at night, so I'm sure this helps get a better night's sleep.

The hotel is surrounded by narrow streets of the old city. We traveled by taxi to the very place, which resulted in long and slow ride along small busy streets. Walk on foot from the nearest bus stop would be better idea. Hotel named after Goya really has nice artistic interiors and walking through the hotel was an experience itself. I can't also forget about very friendly staff.

I wish I could stay longer in Seville.

Superb location, attractive interior, excellent and QUIET a/c. All-in-all this is a great little hotel, good value for money.

I had problems with the wifi, but I resolved them by pulling the booster out of its powerpoint in the hallway and then putting it back in again. 'Turn it off and on again ': seems to work every time. Saturday evening you get some bell ringing from the church opposite but it doesn't last too long.

Great and friendly staff (especially Fernando), great location a few meters from the cathedral. The hotel is in a historical building with wood beam. WiFi was quite good. Right outside the hotel there's a pastel De Nata bakery, they have good coffee and it opens at 10.30, its the perfect place for breakfast

The room was large but organized in a way that didn't let much space to pass to the toilet. Also bathroom was large but organized badly so door was not able to open fully as bumping on the toilet.

Right in the heart of Seville’s ancient quarter close to the cathedral and other attractions. Bar, restaurants and shopping very close by.

The Wi-Fi was non-existent in my room, even though there were supposed to be two available networks. Also, you have to leave the key at reception when you leave and collect when you return, regardless of the time of day/night.

I stayed only one night. The location was great, very close to the cathedral and all the bars and restaurants. The hotel is in an old buiding . I didn't like the blue light in the room. there were not different gadgets in the bathroom only soap, towel and glass. the staff polite and patient. I am happy with my stay.

The room didn't have any lightning window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for viewing the historic centre of Seville. We were very glad that we chose to get a taxi from the airport. Although the train station is not too far the location of the hotel would have been quite difficult to find, especially for two senior citizens burdened by luggage.

The only slight negative was that the bedroom was quite small, with access to the bed only from one side. However as we were only there for a short stay this was not a problem.
