Un Patio en Santa Cruz

Lovely friendly smiling staff. Always responded to any requests immediately. Room lovely. Hotel has been very well furbished, bright and airy. Although bathroom a little small was fully equipped, very clean with plenty of spare loo roll and soaps. Fresh towels provided whenever we wanted them. Decent sized bath towel. Kettle and cups provided which we hadn't expected. Bed very comfy. Area felt safe. Very quiet location whilst on the edge of the Santa Cruz area which we wanted to explore. We were able to get everywhere on foot, including the main bus station, cathedral, real palace, bull ring. Lots of great eateries very nearby. Great location. Even has a lovely roof area with pot plants, candles and seating, - hotel will provide drinks there on request. .. Battery went in the safe so we asked at reception and a happy smiling handyman appeared instantly and fixed it immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Wifi was very slow - we used our data as better. Not a problem for us but might be for others if work/business to do. Room service once didn't clean cups, but I'm sure they would have provided fresh ones if we'd asked. Loo roll holder a bit close to the toilet - bigger bottoms might have caught them selves on it! Very very minor points. We will definitely seek to stay there again if we visit Seville.

Great location. Easy to get in and out with a car. Very near the center and easy to walk everywhere. This is a good choice but be ready for a small room. The staff is very nice. The terrace on the top floor is great.

Parking was pretty close but not included and ended up being pretty expensive.

You say you are committed to the environment, but are you really? The miniature toiletries rather than pump bottles would say otherwise. I see notices like this (see photos) as businesses trying to get green credentials while putting the onus of action on the customer. The customer is asked to forego a little that they are entitled to, but gets no material benefit. The business, meanwhile, benefits from a reduced laundry bill. What about a few euros reduction for the customer? #greenwashing (sorry for the pun) Also, what's the point of a kettle with no tea bags?

Characterful. Excellent location. Friendly reception. Super clean. Room serviced daily. Lovely little roof terrace.

My room was on the ground floor directly off the inner courtyard (very small), and next to the stairs and reception desk. My only window (opaque) looked onto said space. The room (number 2) is tiny, fine for one person, but I was constantly aware of being practically in the reception space. Was not relaxing, and did not feel private. I did ask if I could be moved, said I'd be happy to pay, but sadly the hotel was full. It is very likely that my choice of room cost affected the room I was allocated. So, lesson learned. You do get what you pay for. I would return to the hotel, but I believe I'd need to pay for a better room at time of booking. This review is no reflection on the lovely members of staff.

Excellent location, with plenty of eating options just steps in all directions. Easy walking to many interesting sites including the Alcazar gardens and the Plaza de Espanha & Maria Luísa Gardens. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooftop terrace is a lovely place to relax. Moya, the cafe on the corner, has fabulous coffee and amazing breakfast/brunch (including a good assortment of vegan options)

The room was very well decorated and very clean and had everything you would need including a fridge Very central location close to everything . We met 4 different receptionists and they were all lovely and very helpful . Nice open patio area on the 3rd floor to take your morning coffee or evening drink

No tea or coffee making equipment in room but reception offered comp tea and coffee each morning We had room 7 on 2nd floor which had a window out to the street so had room 8 but I noticed some of the rooms had a window that opened up to a corridor or even to reception

so beautiful. stunning patio and reception area, great location everything was walking distance, lovely helpful staff, nice facilities and even had lifts so we didn’t have to carry out luggage up the stairs, great wifi connection and tv, VERY COMFY BED, POWERFUL AC which is a must if u are staying in an extremely hot city, sufficient power outlets with bedside table, nice water pressure in shower, A LOT OF TOWELS provided as well as complimentary soaps and shower gels, VERY CLEAN. very safe. amazing and budget friendly. very considerate and helpful staff and a bonus if you are muslim there’s a great affordable halal food place called aladdin which is 3 min walking distance from here, also located 1 street away from the famous “tiktok green screen” location !!

My partner purchased a b'day pressie for me from a shop in Marbella - I spotted a beautiful ring while on holiday in summer, but sadly did not buy it. For some reason, the shop could not post it to the UK, so they posted it to Un Patio with a note asking it to be given to my partner when I was not around. Back home, I got a fab birthday surprise, and I love the ring even more as so many people were involved to get it to me - including the staff at Un Patio who kindly kept the secret (I know it is just a small thing but that kind of attention to detail is much appreciated).

Perfect location with a lot of options to eat out and an easy reach to visit places. Lovely terrace at the top and I was surprise to see a small fridge in each floor just in case you need to leave a couple of drinks there when you get back from your nice tour you have a chill drink waiting for you :)

Just a hint of a place, nothing to do with Un Patio de Satna Cruz... we loved it in all aspect! We wanted to see a flamenco show, there is one place near the Un patio de Santa Cruz but unfortunately they were fully booked we then bought a ticket and went to Teatro Flamenco Sevilla Calle Cuna, 15, 41004, Seville, not only we paid more money for it the show wasnt good, we have seen many flamenco shows now and this was not good... not worthy. We thought that by going to a Theatre we couldn't go wrong but it was a bad choice.

It was a great choice. Nice hotel, in the city center. Few steps from each major atraction. The only downside is the size of the room and the fact that it only has a small window towards inner staircase and patio. Probably it is the price to be paid for being in the hot spot of the city center. Stuff is very kind and the room was spotlessly clean. I would recommend this hotel! :)
