The triple room is pretty big andcomfortable. The breakfast is good, although the same every day. We appreciated we have been checked-in much earlier than the standard time. We had cleaning every day. The location is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, 1 min to a bus station. It is also very close to Turia gardens. 10 min walk to the City of Arts and Science.

A bit smelly in the bathroom, but not a big issue. Metro station is not very close - 10-15 min walk. The walls are very thin and you can hear what the neighbors are talking.

The hotel is placed in a top location, within walking distance to the major sights of the city. There is also plenty of options to go around with public transport, the stops are 2 minutes from the hotel. The staff was great, we arrived a bit early and they managed to get us our room a few hours prior to the usual check-in time so we can leave our bags, refresh and go about our trip. The room was clean and tidy.

The room was rather small with a rather large bathroom. What we did not like about the hotel, however, was the room isolation. We practically can hear our neighbours from each side. We were located on the 5th floor and the road noise from the traffic outside could be heard within the room.

Comfortable room and in good location.

I was here for my work, as a pilot. There was no iron available to iron my shirt for work. They did not try to find any solution for me. This is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the Oceanografic and the mall. Close to restaurants and very clean. They cleaned the room every day and it was really nice to come back to a room that is clean.

It was annoying that the check in took a long time. The girl was new and didn't knew what to do. She didn't gave any information about the restaurant or the pool for example. When we arrived they said that they have to check if the room is clean, so we had to wait. We checked in around 15.45.

The staff is helpful and professional, and with a good sense of humor, too! The hotel was clearly refurbished a few years back, and looks fairly modern and presentable. The Wi-Fi connection is quick.

Our room had some furniture that was slightly damaged on the corners (I really had to look for it to see though). The parking lot is somewhat hidden (perhaps, a few signs with directions would do nicely). No toilet brush could be found in the bathroom. The AC was very weak, even when set to temperatures below 10°C, the room temperature stayed around 23°C.

Very good location. The city of arts and sciences is just around the corner - a nice 20 min walk from the hotel. Center is not far either. With bus 95 you can get at Plaza de la Virgen in just 5 stops. Many restaurants, coffee shops and bars around the area of the property. We are very pleased.

To be honest, I cannot say much about the food, because we did not try it. We booked only 2 nights without any food, since we decided to explore more the city and eat from outside.

Mostly everything - everyone I came across was very polite and well-mannered, answering all the questions I had well. The room and view were great, and the AC in working condition. The snacks and drinks were plentiful in the room, although you do have to pay for them.

I could not stay afloat in the pool at all, might just be me though, haha. The bathroom did not have a lock, although it had a separate compartment for the mirror and sink / toilet and shower - we were in a 3-person room, so it was perfect.

Location was excellent - lots of bars restaurant’s and coffee shops close by, 15mins walk to the mestalla stadium and there was a tourist bus stop (no 10) on road opposite hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful- a great selection for breakfast and secure parking is available (at a charge) . Relaxing pool and sun terraces with sun beds on floor 7 with pool bar serving cold drinks and snacks

The location, the zone was very good to walk near the modern part of the city, taxis available, coffe shops, drugstore. Excellent!

There are only 3 elevators for the hole hotel, avoid stress using them before everybody comes back from the breakfast time and the morning check in/out. The receptionists are some of them very kind some others they should choose another job.

- the hotel is very nice, it looks like it's exploited now without major investment - the receptionists are nice and they try to help

- although I told them that I want another big towel for my son, they bring some in the evening but when the maid was taking everything and leaving only 2 in the room. it means they do not have a notification system to show the actual configuration of the room before the daily intervention.
