Ramirez Flats Valencia

- spacious and modern - good equipped kitchen - comfortable bed - good AC - The location is between the city center and the beach with multiple nearby bus stations and one 8 min away metro station - staff are very nice and friendly - daily good cleaning

- would be nice if it has washing machine - though there are multiple close bus stations, metro would be more efficient but there is only 1 station 8 min away

I would like to appreciate the reception and management of the hotel. While in Valencia my credit card got stolen and the hotel was really supportive and tried to make our vacation as good as possible. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the room and the equipment. It looked the same as the pictures. To all the travelers I would advise to use the hotel safe and all the stuff which you can leave behind just lock in your room.

I missed the option to have a balcony (it was stated in the advertisment though), becase we were having a hard time drying our swimsuit and beach towels. Also the cleaning service was quite rude sometimes, but maybe it was just a language barrier.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and overall just amazing! Good communication before, during and after our stay through the likes of WhatApp. Great apartment, with all the bits you could need (coffee machine with new pods every day), fridge, ice cube trays, all the cutlery and crockery, glasses etc. Really new and well designed, the air-con was strong (much needed in the Spanish summer) and the WIFI worked great throughout the apartment. Lifts up to the rooms which is always great + daily cleaning. Thank you so much to the reception staff again for organising a complimentary bottle of wine for my husbands birthday, and helping us to book outbound train tickets!

Not the apartments fault, but you could hear neighbouring small children (babies) really clearly, which woke us up a couple of nights.

We enjoyed the stay with our 10 month old baby so much. The apartments are easy accessible with a baby stroller, close to a beautiful area of the parc with lovely scented blossom orange trees, walking distance to the City of Arts and Science, as well as old town. We even walked to the beach, but there is also a bus available. The personell at the reception made you feel incredibly welcome always offering an answer or directly solving the request.

At the first glance you might get the feeling that the room is a bit too small, but it is manageable because Valencia is so inviting to spend time outdoors anyway.

The flat was large and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen has all the equipment you need, they even provided us with coffee, salt, tea, and pepper. The airconditining system was amazing. Staff were welcoming and helpful with every request (e.g. they provided us with beach towels, and an iron) and we could check in before the official chech in time. The room is really clean and well maintained thorough the stay. Location is great as well, a walking distance to the center (20-25 min), and if you enjoy going everywhere on foot, you can even reach the beach in 50 min. Otherwise, the bus stops are nearby.

A bit pricy.

What sets this location apart from the competition is their top quality personnel. If you stay here, talk to them, ask them for suggestions, places to eat, things to see or do, even directions! They are SO helpful and knowledgeable; we continously learned about additional services & amenities that were available. We also liked the sense of security we felt (something that was missing in the first place we stayed in Valencia). Having a safe in the room was a plus, and the kitchen facilities were more than adequate. We highly recommend Ramirez Flats!

The only thing I'd suggest would be to possibly have two washers and dryers instead of just the one set that are on the mezzanine.

Excellent! We have nothing to complain. Looks like a 5 stars hotel, very new, everywhere was clean and no smells. Staff was extremely friendly, helped us with our questions. I would choose this hotel again. It is 15 minutes walking distance from city center or 15 minutes from Oceanografic (and other attractions). There are a lot of restaurants near by also.

Everything was perfect! A breakfast would have been nice, but there's options everywhere. Also breakfast is not a common thing in Valencia, so therefore I would not say this is a minus.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We were traveling with our 8 month old baby. The staff at Ramirez Flats made us feel as comfortable as possible. They provided a baby bed, a high chair for feeding and even a baby bathtub.There is always someone at the front desk ready to help.The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utilities. On the second day of our stay there was heavy rain and the elevators got out of order for two hours.(not staff's fault) on the next day, they gave us a pack with local products as compensation for the inconvenience. It was really good! The location is great. 20 min walk to the city center. 20 min walk to the Center of arts and sciences. And the amazing Turia park is right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of supermarkets, little bakeries and even a 24h pharmacy all in 5min walk radius. Both metro stations are 10min away from the hotel. Although it is a little expensive in comparison with other options in the city, every euro is worth it. I can definitely recommend this location for families with babies, who want to have a stress free holiday.

Apartament was very fresh, very clean and very nice Good equiped, two big tv screens and Netflix was nice to have even we were not there to watch tv ;). Ramirez team was very friendly and they made sure we feel Good. We were traveling with a kid and were offered an apartament upgrade for free since is was avaliable. We also received welcome drink to get at 5 selected places in the city. Ramirez team gave us good recomendation where to get a nice breakfest , lunch or help with Transport tips. We had a wonderful lunch ( menu of the day ) at ELBAR. Ramirez Localization was perfect to us, 20 min walk to old town, 15 to science park and 10 minuts to subway to get to airport.

Everything was perfect. Really ! You deserve 10 points! If I could add something , I would say that on the second day we missed something small to hang wet bath stuff to dry. Not an issue if you don’t go to beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and always available. The apartment was clean and nicely designed. Our bed was comfortable, and the amenities were really good. We found everything we needed, including a stroller we could borrow. The couch turns into a really big bed.

The soundproofing wasn't great, during the day you can hear things from the hallway, however at night it was quiet. The apartment is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. The door between the bedroom and living room is a sliding door (no soundproofing) and you can only enter the bathroom from the bedroom.
