This hotel is located right on the edge of the old town, walk out of the front door and turn right you will find endless streets and lanes to explore within a 3 minute walk, turn left and it is a 3 minute walk to cafes and bars, and 5 minute walk to the train station, we were blown away. The hotel itself is being renovated (no noise durung our stay) our room on the top floor (there is a lift) was beautifully renovated and very large and comfortable.

We were there during a very hot spell of weather so sleeping was difficult as there was no cooling or fans available.

We only had one night between travelling on Glacier & then Bernina express and the hotel was within walking distance of train station. It is an historic hotel in Old Town of Chur, we had room with shared toilet down hall from our room which worked fine for us. The floor was creaky which is to be expected but room was comfortable with all we needed. There is a flight of stairs to navigate with suitcases before reception and a lift goes to upper floors from there. A kettle was provided when we asked which was really appreciated. Breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of choices and well set out. Staff were helpful and friendly. A very pleasant hotel for overnight stay.

it was a really nice hotel, with lots of character, in a very convenient part of town, max 10 minutes walk from the train and bus stations through pedestrianised streets. the breakfast choice was superb. a real bonus to people travelling on a budget. It’s in the old part of town, very close to the cathedral and other attractions. the weinstube / restaurant downstairs was also a bonus, and have guests a discount on meals taken there.

nothing. we opted for rooms without en-suite facilities but our room had a double wash basin and the toilet and separate shower room was close by. as it was quiet when we stayed, there was no pressure on those communal facilities

I recently stayed at the Hotel Drei Konige in Chur, Switzerland and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from the staff. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff had Christmas day off but one woman stayed behind for my late checkin and I specifically want to thank her. The rooms at the hotel were exceptionally quiet and the beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I was able to get a great night's sleep every night of my stay, which was greatly appreciated after long days of sightseeing and exploring the beautiful city of Chur. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Drei Konige for anyone visiting Chur. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the beds are top-notch. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again on future trips to Chur.

The room had plenty of space. We were given a newly renovated room so everything felt very fresh and clean. There was USB charging available. The washbasin and vanity was located outside of the bathroom and was lit very well (separate light over the mirror).

While there is lift access between reception and the accomodation, the only way to reach reception from the street is to go up two flights of stairs. The soap dish to the shower cannot be secured very well so it can be easily knocked off onto the floor (which I did twice).

Lovely hotel with an older character on the outside, but the rooms were modern, and clean. Location is not far from train station and town center. Staffs are nice. We stayed during Chur Fes 2023 so nearby area was fun and a bit loud (just 1 night) but hotel staff acknowledged us in advance.

A small elevator (for 4 persons approx. ) is available from reception and upwards, but guests should be aware that there are some stairs needed to get to reception.

Centrally located. Easy to commute everywhere. All important sites are walking distance. Lovely restaurants around. Very good breakfast.

No lift at the basement. After reminding for few times Only issued 1 guest card , But Didn't issues 3 guest cards as a result two members faced problems on Public transport systems and didn't get discount in some facilities. Hopefully management Authority will take initiatives to sort this issue, so that it doesn't cause the same inconvenience for other guests. Many thanks.

The hotel is near the central part of Chur, easy to get to from the train station on mostly pedestrian streets. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. A couple of grocery stores within easy walking distance. The room was large and comfortable. My room had two sinks, which made brushing my teeth before bed easier (bathroom down the hall). Great breakfast with lots of options.

The bathroom was quite a ways down the hall, which would be problematic if I needed to visit it in the middle of the night. It was easy to hear noise from the hallway.

good central location, near to the station. staff was friendly and helpful, as I didn't have a Swiss plug with me I ask the recep for help and they provided me with a plug which was very helpful. there is a sink located in the room which was quite convenient as the bathroom is a little far from the room.

room wasn't very soundproof, I could hear sounds from the rooms beside me and also hear people walking through the corridors, it was also a little warm as there isn't any aircon

The hotel was in a good location just on the outskirts of the city not far from the railway and bus station. It is close to the old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was tasty with a good selection of hot and cold food. The room has a small fridge. We were able to get a PowerPoint adaptor from reception as it did not use the European adaptor we had.

The hotel is very old and it took a while for the hot water to reach the top floor. There are no tea making facilities but you can request a kettle. It was a little noisy from the restaurant downstairs in the street. A bit expensive for an old hotel.
