Room is a little small for 3 people but manageable, balcony door could open giving more fresh air and space, definitely a plus. We also liked how the bathroom door swing towards the bed room, adding a screen for privacy to dress up after bath. Breakfast was much enjoyed, spread is adequate. Location is good too, bus stop is one minute walk, hotel should add the bus number into info page. We were not aware, took a diff bus and had to walk quite a distance with our bags on our first day.

Carpet in room certainly need change, anyway, acceptable since hotel is upgrading.

The hotel was magnanimous to provide us with free public transport vouchers for use in Chur. Breakfast was available from 6 am. Though not listed in booking.com, provided us an electric kettle on request. Had a McDonald in the same building and a KFC next door. Even though there were no cups in the room, they arranged paper cups for us. The terrace with our room gave some pleasing views of the snow capped mountains. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The bathroom exhaust wasn't proper. The mattresses seemed to be larger than the beds and would shift every now and then.

Location, price and excellent staff. Shower was excellent.

The only external noise we heard (despite being above a Macdonalds) came from drilling work from outside the hotel which we heard in the mid to late evening. When we spoke to Reception about this, Allegra offered to upgrade us to a top floor room and help us to move our belongings. We declined as the noise had stopped. But we really appreciated her offer and it did not spoil the stay.

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and helpfull staff. Close to train station which was important to us since we were travelling with Bernina Express. More or less 20 min walk 😊 Breakfast was quite ok, but there is some room for improvements. Parking could have been included in the prize.. But also, there was no problem with leaving car on their parking for one more day (of course after paying extra). All good.

Super helpful staff and a fun pyramid shaped hotel - the kids liked it a lot. The buffet breakfast was nice. There's a McDonald's on the ground floor which proved to be too tempting but I can tell you that Swiss McDonald's restaurants are a different world from the grotty ones we have in the UK.

We had a blocked sink in the room that couldn't be fixed that evening so we had to brush our teeth in the shower but the next morning we were moved to another room and that was perfect. Staff were excellent in resolving the issue and didn't charge us for breakfast the next day.

The man checking us in was friendly. They had soap, and shampoo and towels, which I wasn’t expecting.

There was a goat smell, but it was all around the building so I think it was fertilizer and not their fault. It probably won’t be there when you visit, but for me personally, it didn’t bother me. We thought it was really funny actually.

Breakfast was good but the rooms are really small n squeezy for 2 persons. Fortunately it was only an over nite transit for us. Would be great if the rooms are equipped with a boiler especially cold season. Thank you.

Room size could be better. Could hardly walk nor open up the suitcases, especially if twin sharing.

The location was perfect, there is a bus stop directly out front that gets you to most locations. The staff were amazing with food recommendations, directions, and providing us with free bus tickets.

The room had a bit of a lived in smell, but was easy to air out with the windows open.

Excellent English speaking friendly, cheerful staff specially the Manager Thiru and the receptionist. Outstanding service from Thiru ! Guided us with out and about. Very helpful ! Great view and very convenient location for shopping and transport. Such a great location for everything.

The beds were very comfortable. The room a great layout. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was okay but not amazing.

It was in a bit of a strange location. Like an industrial estate with Mc Donald's below... The food was expensive there.
