Great room with just the right amount of space for a couple and a child. The room is quiet and the bed & sofa are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The staff was helpful and available via Line. They came to clean and change towels. The wifi was OK.

After a shower or after cleaning clothes and hanging them inside the room, the room can smell damp for a while - needed to open the windows to remove the smell. The windows don't have dark sheets so this place if more for early risers! Finally, the high-chair provided to sit by the window is not confortable and too high to work for long extended periods. Better work on the sofa!

Location was great and within walking distance from train station and bus stops, even 15mins walk away from the ximending night market. Staff was very friendly and helpful for our late check in, making it easy to check in at late night. Facilities and amenities was good too, with self service counter to replenish water, toiletries, tea and slippers.

Room was next to the expressway and was quite noisy throughout the day, even at night. Bed was not the best as it was very thin and the upper deck was very noisy with movements at night.

Good location. Close to Biemen station and Airport MRT Taipei Main Station. Walk to Ximending night market in 5 mintes. Room size is suitable for 3 persons. sound proof is so good. Washing machine is in the room. Coin Drying machine is in shared path on 2nd floor. you can claim drying fees at staff.

Overall cleanliness is good except i see some dust in a bed nook. Hotel can improve this.

Location is very near Beimen MTR station. Staff and cleaners were very accommodating and friendly. Our requests for bottled water, towels, tea and tissue were all provided.

When someone is taking a bath in the shower of room 803, the water overflows since the shower curb is just around half an inch high. Cleaners provided additional floor towels. The sofa bed mattress in room 901 is somewhat thin. Request for extra duvet was provided.

-a bit noisy at night , can hear footstep upstairs -it’s not really a hotel but an apartment in a local building , there’s only one lift and it could take time - there’s only one key

there was washing machine but however the dryer wasn’t able to use. was brought up by the staff which it was really kind but however have to get up and down to the common dryer at level 2. just a little troublesome but overall good place

Room 805 is very spacious and well lighted. The beds were made up properly. Toiletries, towel/linens, slippers and bottled water were provided and requests for refills were immediately granted. Hotel staff was very easy to communicate thru LINE.

we ordered for 4pax in 1 room, the bunk bed is not that comfortable, the bed on top is not that thick and the bed frame was made from woods so it keep making some noise when we move

The location is the best, which is walkable to Xiamen. The room is clear and there is even a washing machine which is very useful. I love the structure of the room, too! It’s very suitable for 4 persons’ trip.

The location is excellent. A little bit noisy even close the window. Clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall is worth for value.
