Clean comfortable hotel. Superb location. A stone throw to the Taipei 101 and all the malls on Xinyi district. Nice and attentive staff. Cared to even suggest departure time when booking airport transfer.

The room was dusty on the first night. We were pretty sure it came from carpet and not suitable if you were sensitive to dust. Maybe there had been no guests to our room for a while. There is smell from the pipe in the bathroom as well. Elevator has no sensor which could cause accident especially if you travel with luggage. Could be noisy in Friday and Saturday night and there are bars downstair as well as from the neighbors. These are constructive comments that we wish the hotel can improve.

Wonderful and helpful staff. We sent our luggage from Kaohsiung and informed the staff to hold our luggage until our arrive and all worked smoothly, thanks to the staff. Breakfast was good, but limited selection for vegetarian. Room service and housekeeping were very efficient. Very close to bus stop, MRT (subway), which was very easy to follow and one can go all over Taipei. Front desk also help us with a wonderful driver who took us on a day trip out of Taipei. Next to the main shopping center, the Taipei 101 Tower and Elephant Mountain. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is a full range from western to Chinese and Oriental, with extremely friendly staff. The extra firm bed is the most firm bed I have ever stayed in at any hotel, and I have had the most dead sleep over the 3 days! Love the concept of eco-friendly and asking not to change the bed and towels over the three days, did t expect the reward of a free drink! I would just do it for the environment and saving the water and the labour.

very well located in the shopping area of Xinyi, close to 101, Breeze Nan Shan and ATT almost at doorstep. about 10mins walking distance to Taipei city hall station and to the entire Mitsukoshi shopping blocks. sound proofing was quite good, we hardly heard noise although our room was right next to the lift lobby. bed was large and comfortable, room was well sized

the room had a slight musty smell when we entered probably due to the carpeting.

A Very designer hotel. The hotel did a good job on the branding. The message "welcome home" gives a very warm emotion connection with the hotel guest. Nice decor inside the hotel, on each floor & inside the room. Love the packaging design of all amenities. The location is good. Lots of restaurants and shops. Transportation is easy. Worth for the money. Highlt recommended.

the hotel location is the best even though nest to the shopping area but not very crowded. worth for money ! good view and very convenienced.

i like the location the most because more than expectation and room is very nice also. bed are so comfort. we will go back again for sure :)

Food was excellent and provided a mix of western and traditional food options. This was a mix of hot and cold foods, including fruit and cereals. Coffee was great!

Alarm going off at 4am and building works starting at 4:30am.

It is very close to the shopping area, and it is convenient to buy nearby!

Because the carpet is used, there is a damp smell, and the temperature of the air conditioner can only maintain 24 degrees. It would be better if the room has a dehumidifier.

While it may look like a small establishment, the room was well furnished and comfy. Great location - walking distance to office, shopping and restaurant / bar. Friendly and helpful staff. clean room.

The design of the room, although small but it has a sufficient space to under the TV to place 2 large suitcases and shopping stuffs. Bed was comfortable although pillow was kinda too soft.
