Great service from the staffs. I was initially very disappointed with my first room as it did not fulfill any of my special requests (high floor, view of 101). Thought that there was no chance of changing room given that it’s a popular weekend but surprisingly the hotel manager found a room that fulfilled my requests shortly after I checked in. Thanks so much for making my stay memorable!
Hotel is old as seen from the facilities. Nonetheless, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Excellent location just next to SYS Memorial MRT and within walking distance to Taipei 101. Room was big and clean with separate shower and a nice bathtub. Service was also excellent
Not really a big deal but the furnishing is a little old. While there were many international TV channels, it would be nice to also have the full range of local TV stations.

Perfect location, right beside the subway exit and convenience stores. Staff were super nice and helpful. Facilities were clean and well equipped as well.
If anything, that would be there are not enough power plugs in the room.
