Clear that a lot of effort was put into it by the personnel. Even during a power outage, food was on point!

The shower could have been a bit cleaner, there was a bit of mold in there. They requested 40 dollar for a oneway to Arusha airport. This is a 17 minute trip. Insane price for only a few kilometers. We booked a taxi via our safari provider which was only half the price.

Food was very good, including local Swahili dishes, personnel was very friendly and bar was open till late (midnight) because it was New Year’s Eve. Prices were also good.

I don’t have anything bad to say about Tulia.

Lovely clean rooms with big comfy beds. Great restaurant on site and good buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool. Several areas to sit outside and in. Location was good for us, very quiet although only just off the main road. About half hour walk into the town centre, 40 mins to Cultural Heritage Centre. Stayed one night before going on safari and hotel stored a couple of bags for us till we got back and stayed another night.

the staff in hotel is one of the friendliest I have ever experienced so far. everyone was so helpful and willing to help! they allowed us later checkout as we were completely exhausted after hike and trip we have done before that. we could also store the luggage at the reception before we left. bed was big and super comfortable, slept like a baby, room nicely spacious an clean. pool is also very refreshing. breakfast was excellent, fresh fruits, juice and smiling chef who is ready for you every morning to prepare eggs in any way you wish to! it was a great place to finish our epic holiday in Tanzania!

one little minus is quite unstable wi-fi connection. unfortunately, most of our stay in we were not able to get proper connection, as it was on / off most of the time. Normally I would not mind this, but we had some important phone calls to do, and it made it very challenging. though, we managed to get some connection at some point.

Tulia is a good looking property, especially the restaurant and pool area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly, and very accomodating and helpful - big plus for the team! Also, you can view Mount Meru up close from your room if you're lucky!

The entrance via the public road takes away from the overall experience of an otherwise good hotel. In terms of location, it's on the highway - so good and bad, depending on what you're looking for.

Me and my husband stayed in 11 different hotels during our trip, all had similar price and we both agree this hotel was the best. First of all, people working there. Guys in reception were so nice, gave great advices about night life in Arusha. Also, such a things like they invite agent to arrange SIM card for you or buy a tour. The manager who was Indian guy (I guess) was just amazing! He was so professional! Once guy who was selling us SIM card wanted take more money than it is official that manager put him down so fast :) he also advised us on a tour agent and gave some advices about negotiation, tour was amazing. Breakfast was so good, it was delicious and I can say fancy. Everything is so clean and smells good in this hotel. I guess that manager just keeps very high standard there. Every hotel should be luckily to have manager like him. Keep going! :)

Everything was great

Nice hotel, good restaurant, bar and coffee bar with courteous, well trained staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings. Restaurant with large screen European football channel.

Wifi worked well in the lounge on the ground floor, not so well in my room. Location is about 40 minutes walk from the town center, however, the Bolt taxi app made moving around easy.

Everything, the staff where so good Nothing was too much problem, they booked transport and looked after us well. The food was so good also, and the location was just right.

Maybe some of the waiting staff needed a little more English, but not a big complaint at all!

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Live sports (English Premier League) on in the bar/restaurant.
