a unique location, a private beach, activities in the forest - a super idea and implementation! slippers and a beach bag in the room, a great staff and a convenient app, a good breakfast and restaurants, the architecture and atomosphere of this hotel are amazing! we'll be back!

if you are with a stroller, it may be inconvenient for you to get to the beach, the menu and services are more expensive than outside the territory, if you want to spend less money there are massages, cafes, shops within walking distance. we didn't have enough beach bar in the morning to buy water or juice for the kids; but these are small things. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very modern hotel. You feel yourself a very special guest. They brilliantly turned their location on the river into their main feature. Water sports are not available at the sea but available on the river and it’s also very relaxing!

what made me feeling discomfort the most is sound isolation issue. so even rooms seem to have good windows and no sound comes outside- it appeared that sound travels freely via electric sockets. we could listen the exact phrases our neighbors were saying. I even had to ruin the party once because it was not possible to sleep.

The architecture as well as the locations of the property are fabulous, mere hour from the Phuket airport, they are a standard 5**** hotel nestled in the jungle, great if you are looking for a peace and quiet. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a private pool suite and were happy with it. Housekeeping was on point. Breakfast options are good, not great, the dinner though in the Beach Bar - which is actually a restaurant - was amazing. Food tasted great, but the issue is the whole place lacking management, the evening service is so long that it takes up to two hours for 2 courses despite an excessive amount of waiting staff. The coffee shop has a good coffee selection, ther is supposedly a Japanese restaurant which we didn’t manage to find as the receptionist’s instructions were non-existent and she just passed us a map of the resort. We also had a massage and the salon is very high end and clean and the massage was very professional. Highly recommended if you’re staying in the resort.

Due to the current geo-political situation, there was too many Russians that somehow lack basic ability of any manners or tolerance of their surroundings and others. I understand that it’s not a fault of the hotel, but maybe management of their behaviour or signs - please do not watch tablets and phones, nor swim in the decorative pools while people are having formal dinner would help… They were loud and rude to the staff who was just doing their jobs.

rooms were very large and spacious, the resort or beach never seemed too busy. Plenty of facilities including sports equipment to borrow or hire.

The restaurants were expensive, which is to be expected from a 5* resort, but we walked 10 minutes or so down the lane to the beach most evenings where there are 5 or 6 brilliant restaurants for about 1/3 of the price.

The Kid's facilities were terrific, the staff in the kids club were fantastic and the programme of activities suited our two boys (aged 6 and 4) ideally. The staff at reception and concierge were excellent and accommodating; even when we had troubles with our car the staff spoke with the car rental company for us. Karsten and his team were great too! The restaurant staff went out of their way to engage with our boys, Kwan in the main restaurant was always a joy to see at breakfast, they boys loved it so much so they are asking when they can return.

Mosquitos, although can't be helped (it is Thailand), they did seem to get into our room quite a bit. We just bought some mosquito coils. to use in and around our room and pool area

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spacious and clean.

The access to the beach wasn't ideal, and there wasn't enough catering service at either the pool or the beach.

Friendly staff, a lot of amenities to keep you entertained all your stay, many pools and direct access to the beach, tasty breakfast with many options, and variety of types of rooms to chose.

I asked after I booked if something nice could be arranged in the room for anniversary (not necessarily for free), they confirmed they would arrange it and we got something very simple on the bed which you would expect in a cheap hotel, not there, we were dissapointed.
