Khaolak Palm Beach Resort

Very nice and not too large hotel. Great and quiet location not too far from the city centre (about 15 walk or 5 minutes taxi ride). Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is mainly for German and Swiss people aged 50+, but most were very nice even though we arrived with small children. The pool area next to the beach is really good for children.

Tv didn’t work at all and Wi-Fi was really not good. The breakfast is small, but good, but not variety at all which was not that inspiring after two weeks.

The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed, spacious balcony, large bathroom with a nice big jakuzzi. I loved to be there. The placement is great, right beside the sea, its really really beautiful. The breakfast was not bad.

Unfortunately the sea was full of stinging little creatures, they were completely invisible, but i felt like i would swam in a nettle forest. The swimming pool is beautiful, but small, its very good for a little soaking, but not really for swimming. Personally i wasnt satisfied with the food there, it wasnt bad, but the price/value ratio is horrible.

Beautiful garden,big room with full facility. Nice and clean swimming pool. Right on the beach ,good location not far from town. Polite and helpful staffs.Simple breakfast in low season but enough for me. Nice coffee. This hotel was one of the best on my trip. Nice big beautiful room and good shower. Impressive.

I loved the location by a quiet beach in Khao Lak, towards the end of the beach next to a national park. I also loved the rooms and the pools. The staff was really nice as well.

No reliable wifi connection. It was fine the first day but then it was very useless. I could not connect. I had to use my own hotspot from my mobile phone to use the internet. Limited options at the restaurant, but I understand as this is due to Covid. The worst for me was the very uncomfortable pillow. I asked them to change it and they gave me a Thai Airways, plane pillow! It was worse. On the third night, I finally got a decent pillow, but slept very badly the first two nights due to this.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. It is right on the beach and a five-minute drive from town

Unfortunately due to covid-19, the restaurant was closed so we could not eat in their restaurant. But this was not the hotels' fault as it would have been uneconomical to open the restaurant with so few guests

Actually everything. It's a good hotel. Great breakfast is included. Beautiful beach. Breakfast and dinner at the beach.

It's a bit of a walk (20 minutes) to the first shops etc. on the main road in Khaolak.

The location right on the beach and the gardens were very welcoming. The villas were superbly appointed and relaxing. The staff were excellent and helpful.
