Bann Pantai Resort

The manager and staff were excellent and did everything to make our stay a success. The pool is clean and a nice area to relax for a while. The location is excellent just across the road from the beach and in the center of Cha Am. The room is a good layout with a big comfortable balcony where we relaxed for hours. Family oriented but very suitable for couples as well. The restaurant is simple but adequate. Originally booked one night but stayed two. We will go again.

When I asked for a second egg with my breakfast I was told only one egg per guest. The manager later offered to get me another egg but I was finished by then. I don't believe that is the hotel policy as it makes no sense for a hotel of this standard. I expect it's just a chef or wait staff idea.

The staff, cleanliness, ambience. The staff were GREAT!

Breakfast. Only ONE fried egg per guest? Food choice so-so for the price. The parking space was just OK.

All staffs provided an excellent service. We had really great time during our stay. There had no many customers during pandemic and the hotel didn't think much about profit, but giving a good experience to the customer. We got a room upgrade to pool view. My kid really enjoyed.

Very nice rooms, which I guess were newly renovated, with a large balcony. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and very responsive when required. Lovely swimming pool and grounds that were child friendly .

Breakfast was just OK, fairly minimal. Not a major issue and it was fine for our young daughter.

small risk of falling leaves and coconuts by the sunbed area, they should be removed regularly. one fell during my stay and hit the decking.

The location, close to the beach and restaurants. A lovely pool and oasis of calm. Rooms spacious, balconies good. Breakfast looking onto the sea, food and choice very good. Staff very helpful and made sure our stay was good. The manager Thom, very helpful, arranged transport to the bus stop, for our return trip to the airport.

Large room, with a very comfortable bed. Great balcony with a sofa, overlooking the pool. The pool area was really good and the reception staff were very helpful. The location was great for the beach.

Breakfast was very poor, both in the variety of food offered and the quality of the food. There was no fresh fruit available. There were hardly any restaurants nearby which were open. There was just lots of street food.

Room was good with a great balcony, modern and seemed well maintained. Bed was just awesome! Staff is courteous and prompt. Pool is nice and generally clean. Breakfast seemed limited due little guest occupancy but it was fine.

Loud kids around all the time, not that ideal if you're looking for relaxation (not really a hotel fault, even so, I had to phone twice to reception to warn about children jumping noise at evening). Also, loud clumsy housekeepers early morning, which was very annoying.

Well deigned hotel, our double aspect room was immaculate and a pleasant place to be. Landscaped gardens, super pool and first class staff - with exception outlined below.

When booking, opted to pay on arrival. Gave card to secure booking. Full cost of stay was deducted immediately, not good, emailed complaint. Worse, full cost deducted again upon arrival. Manager refused point blank to credit either charge, just waved bits of paper at me. Don’t think it was attempt to con me. The man simply didn’t understand how cards work. Maybe he understood finally, don’t know. Now have to see how long it will take to recover one of the charges. Shame, but would suggest withholding card details.

Perfect location, perfect saff, nice swiming pools for small childrens and for adult. Clean and nice rooms. Everything was OK.

Fitness centrum need cleaning. After excercise I was little dirty. :)
