Staffs were really friendly every section.

We were staying at the room with open rain showers, it was not convenient after taking a shower because some waters splashed all over on the floor to the other areas (the face washing area) which it could be dangerous, we slipped 2-3 times and were lucky that we didn’t get hurts. So if you are staying with family I would not recommended this room.

Staffs are all nice. Good place for family beach escape especially for kids 6 years+. They also provided quite area and adult swimming pool for adults.

Lots of reconstruction area during my stay but staffs let me know before my visit. It's fine compared to the lowest cost season of the year. All renovation and reconstruction will be done by the begining of October 23 as mentioned by staffs.

Besides the food, all others are superb. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities and activities outdoor are great for kids and adults; keep us busy all day. Rooms are clean and equipped. The beach is nice enough for the kids to play digging and walk around. Internet connection is strong. You can eat all snacks and drinks provided in the room:)

Taste of food is much below expectations. Variety of breakfast line is alright but not the taste overall. Also not happy with dinner selections (very limitd) for both western and thai food restaurant. Need improvement on food taste quality. No hand-held bidet in the toilet!!! Gosh!!

Kid paradise with many activities. My daughter loved it.

The "rain" shower in the room is a disaster. It do not work fine (the tap was broken), very difficult to set the temperature (flow and temperature), put water everywhere (then it is full of water on the path to toilet), not convenient at all. We endup to use only use the bathtub (which was also difficult to set as there is no temperature mixer (only different knob for hot and cold water like in the old time). It's a pity because other than that the room is very pretty.

great infrastructure for kids, a lot of activities, we had a great time and would definitely come back

the soundproofing is really bad, we had to call reception and complain about the noise the 1st night

So many activities to do at the property. You don't have to leave the property to have a good time.

The location is not exactly in Huahin city. It's about 30mins away from the city. The beach is not the best. Very small area to play at the resort private beach.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They all have service mind and smile face. This hotel has pool access rooms that is really nice.

I don’t like the bathroom and toilet inside the hotel room there is ceiling rain shower in the middle of the bathroom which is not comfortable.

Lots of activities for kids to do.

Some renovation going on.. miss out on the facility. Breakfast menu is lacking of fruits platter except for Sunday, and it’s left outside with flies around. Would have been better if it’s placed in the restaurant.

Breakfast bars are much over than I expected, with variety of food considering different types of guests. Loved all of them. Staffs are so friendly and helpful for everything I needed. Thanks!
