The Waterfront Boutique Hotel & Cafe

The room was nice, clean and spacious, shower facilities ok but did the job. Right on the beach and has a pool, which is nice if you want to chill and relax. Breakfast was simple but nice and tasty to start you off for the day. To me the best thing I have to give 10/10 is the staff. They're super friendly, they waited for me to check in after my flight was delayed., Considering I had no way to communicate, this was a relief late at night. In the morning I had planned to catch a boat to Koh Tao, when they told me they were fully booked for the next 2 days, as was also the return date I needed for my flight., My heart sank, as all my plans would now fall apart, not only the cost of non-refundable accommodation, but also I was stuck on Samui and extra 5 days with everywhere fully booked! The ladies on the desk saw the panic on my face and did some calling. 30mins later they had me booked on a boat the next day, returning also on the day of my flight. Leaving only having to find 1 nights accommodation and saving my plans I had on Koh Toa. This was a live saver, I can't thank them enough for their help. For all this and what I observed with other guests in my short stay. I can totally recommend this place.

The staff were all very friendly and happy to go the extra mile every time. Pool was clean and well kept, bar always staffed and cocktails very good. Rooms kept very clean. The location was ideal as quiet enough to feel relaxed but close enough to the main street to feel the holiday vibe. A big plus was the lovely couple who ran a VW campervan cocktail bar just opposite and up the road slightly. We had a fabulous holiday and would recommend to anyone...cant wait to go back next year!

Dissapointed that the restaurant wasnt up and running, but there are so many places to eat within a short walking distance that this isnt too much of an inconvenience. Hard coral sand beach wasn't the best, so remember your beach shoes!

This hotel hit the spot without any reservations. Done exactly what it said on the tin. The cafe hut directly opposite was used regularly during our stay for food and drinks. No hesitation in recommending the waterfront as an ideal holiday accommodation. The beach huts are on the beach

Lovely location at the end of fishermans village with a nice restaurant just across the road, short walk 3 mins up the road into the heart of fishermans village with plenty of bars and shops and even a night market, its on the sea front too so wake up to paradise with a sea view every morning, the hotel staff were lovely especially the bartender he really did go above and beyond to make sure our stay perfect, he also speaks great English wich for us was great. Also, the hotel has kayaks, snorkels, and even a trampoline for kids to use with no charge. We will definitely stay again and recommend any visiting koh samui to do the same! Thanks7

What is not to love about this place, the staff really make it. It's right on the water, an amazing swimming pool overlooking the beach. It's right in the fisherman's village but on the side that is quieter , however the hustle and bustle is a 5 minute walk. My room was a good size and the aircon was very appreciated. The shower comes with conditioner, shampoo and soap in clay jugs, it was a really nice touch. The loungers around the pool are really comfortable, they have spent money on these and you can tell

Probably the breakfast, it was OK, the issue was it was a little hit or miss if you got everything that you ordered. But really no massive issues

The location was amazing. Everyone was friendly- was like a little close community vibe. A little worn in places but spotlessly clean. Pool lovely Two minutes to bars / restaurants. Coco Tams a must for fire show. Lovely cheap restaurant across the road - food delicious. free airport transfer - Robin the owner was a great down to earth guy. lovely gardens - well kept by staff. Had a fab stay, would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money.

The location is exceptional! Right on the beach! Close enough to walk into the main part of Fisherman's Village but nice and quiet away from the noise. We were made to feel part of the family. New owners Chris and Selina made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and their friendly staff took great care of us. Booking trips and restaurants whenever we asked them to. Chris and Selina invited us to join them in the Thai New Year's festivities. We had an amazing experience with them that day, a real highlight of our stay. The pool was clean and inviting, especially with a cold Pina Colada or Singha beer. We are looking forward to seeing the changes and upgrades they are planning for the resort and will definitely be back!

Loved our corner room overlooking the pool and beach! The welcome (by the owners) was warm and friendly; we loved the cocktail bar by the pool, the bartender's drinks were excellent. Also loved the convenience to the walking street, and especially that the hotel is tucked away at a far corner of the beach, adding to the sense of privacy. There was free Thai breakfast across the street, as their food service was temporarily unavailable.

‏This is one of the most beautiful and kind places I've ever been. Throughout my stay, the staff has provided me with exceptional service and has taken care of all my needs. During a trip, I was injured, they accompanied me to the clinic and provided me with all the aid I needed, including a wheelchair so that I could continue to enjoy my vacation. Owner Chris and his team will do everything in their power to ensure that you have the best vacation possible.

It’s a well kept resort under new ownership, creating activities for the family, couples, groups of friends, kids. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is decent and the beach is next to it. Fun to walk along the beach looking out along the water or seeing all the other resorts/homes along the way. Breakfast was good and made to meet your desire. The new owners have ideas to make it even more inclusive to really enjoy your stay. The people, the owners and staff are all very friendly.
