The views from the studio rooms further up the hills were amazing. Breakfast was superb, so much choice. Check in was relatively quick. Offered a shuttle bus service 3 times a day to Patong, which was great.

We initially booked a partial sea room for 3 adults, however once seeing the room, we decided to request a room change. The partial sea room, had a view of the roof from the rooms infront and then the sea behind. The room itself, was small, dark and dingy, plus the idea of using the bathroom when others could see you, didn’t appeal to us. Reception were great and happily moved us to a studio on the hill, which was lovely. However even in the studio, the wardrobe mirrors were filthy - looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. A small issue, but when you’re paying extra for their ‘premium’ rooms, you’d expect general cleanliness. Our safe was also broken but they quickly fixed it as was our AC for 2 days but again fixed it as soon as they could.

The place was piece of art. The pictures doesn’t do justice to show how fantastic was the reception area by itself let alone the other areas. We arrived earlier than our check in time and there was no issues to let us in. The process was swift and we are in our selected room. The location is good but it was up in the hill, so walking to the hotel might be a bit challenging. Nonetheless, the place is close enough to patong beach attractions and far enough from the noise. The staff was amazing and helpful, massaging services was good as well.

The pool is fair and the breakfast area and selections could be better. The restaurant was a bit hot.

Our recent stay at Amari Phuket was truly memorable. The hotel’s location, right in front of the beach with walking distance to Patong Beach, is simply fantastic. The convenience of the buggy service to the lobby and the transport service to Patong Beach made our exploration effortless. We stayed in “One Bedroom Suite Ocean Coral Lounge” the sea view was nothing short of breathtaking. The rooms were not only clean but also thoughtfully designed for comfort. Continue The staff’s kindness and helpfulness added to the positive experience. The breakfast offered a great variety, catering to different tastes, Also, We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious dinner at the Italian restaurant. A notable highlight was the opportunity to rent a long-tail boat near the hotel ( there is a guy near the restaurant holding some excursions photos) providing transport to Freedom Beach.

We opted for the “One Bedroom Suite Ocean Coral Lounge,” and while our rooms were clean and well-designed with a breathtaking sea view, it appears that some rooms suffer from moisture-related issues and feel outdated. This variance in room quality could be an area for improvement to ensure a consistent experience for all guests.

location is very good - close to Patong beach. Rooms were well furnished and facilities were good. staff is very attentive.

Everytime you need to go out, we had to wait a bit for taxi/tuk tuk

The view from all the rooms are very good. Rim Talay restaurant also was very clean and had good spread.

The location is little off beat from the main Patong. it’s walkable though, due to hilly terrain its slightly difficult for aged people and the shuttle service is only drop from main reception at 1,5 and 7 PM. ideally it should be every hour and it should also have a to and fro service. They should also bring back guests from the same location where they dropped them. It will be a service to customers as well.

The location is great, next to Patong beach although there is a steep hill going up. The property offers free water which is great. Breakfast is great with an amazing view of the beach. The view from the room was breathtaking!!

Shuttle bus unfortunately is one way and only runs three times a day. Rooms are a bit outdated and need renovations. Towels and bed sheets need to be cleaner also housekeeping barely did anything while cleaning the room.

location, ultra modern, large, high quality restaurants, extremely clean, brilliant staff

we were put in a horrible room upon check in. stains on sheets, couches, broken door handle to balcony, ceiling aircon was dangling, tiny bath tub over shower in bathroom. we immediately complained and were moved to another room with a stand alone shower and larger bathroom. I appreciated that!

Beatiful resort, outstanding service and staff, great view, 1 bedroom suites are nice

If you are staying with kids, the suites are far, there is a quick and covenient tooktook service inside the resort, yet it takes time if you want to go to the room and back. The pools are relativelt small and not much kids activity in the hotel.

They charge you extra money to go to a different pool The moment you ask for a drink or a snack to jump like hawks ask for money like you about to run away Even though it’s not expensive in Thailand for $1 they don’t let you hold the item until you pay in a mean way Need a tuk tuk to go to your room or out if your room like you under control And they charge like they are 5 stars hotel which not even close Italian restaurant they have very bad service and taste of food not the best at all

Staff are very helpful and welcoming, clean, kids club

On the weekends the bar sounds are very loud and its annoying in the rooms. Breakfast was good but its the same everyday. Keep in mind the transfer from lobby to room need car, the hotel provide it for free
