5 min walk to Patong beach marina and 20 min walk to Walking Street .. I rented car so explored more with tourist sim card. There was a travel desk who arrange tours and taxis, Staff made my daughter very happy with surprise birthday cake and decoration. Thanks. This is good for who need quiet relax place but not for party animals.

Room was clean and very comfortable, staff were good but some language issues as I had an issue with a light automatically turning on throughout the night and couldn't translate it accordingly to them. But value for money was excellent and the poil was fantastic.

The only issue i had is that there was a mosque extremely close and at 5.30 am every morning I was woken by prayers through a megaphone. No fault of the hotels but it did disturb my sleep every night.

Location is 👍 Room was comfortable. Family room is suitable for people travelling with kids.

The spa is still under renovation so we didn't get to do that at the hotel. The breakfast spread was only so-so. Maybe they can add a few more selections for breakfast to make it better.

it was very close to a mosque which i wasnt aware of (didnt read much into the hotel before i booked to be fair) so prayers were sang every morning at 5am & were extremely loud - rooms could be doing with some soundproofing

20 minute walk to Bangla Road but quiet location near lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing.

you can hear people walking in the corridor and also our doorbell was broke. As it was an electric one it was ringing during the night.

Great location, Friendly staff, and a well-sized comfortable room. Also a really nice chill-out area on the roof

The only negative is the call to prayer going off from the local mosque at 5 am.

Very close to the beach (5mins walk) and also the busy parts of Phuket and Bangla Road. (15-20min walk) Decent breakfast and modern hotel and good value for money!

Wasn’t aware i had to give a 3000baht deposit when checking in. I paid on my card as i wanted to keep my cash and was told it would take 3 weeks to get a refund! Please bear this in mind! The shower screen wasn’t fitted properly so bathroom floor would always be wet!

The location was perfect and the beach was a 5 minute walk away. The famous Bangla Road, fruit shops and other interesting tourist spots were nearby. The rooftop pool was great and the view too.

Breakfast could have been better - fruit juices tasted very chemical. The walls were very thin, we could hear prayers and people coming from parties which disturbed sleep.

everyone was very friendly. the rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable! the hotel itself is beautiful and clean and lives up to the photos the location of the hotel is lovely and on a quiet corner of patong but it takes 5-10 mins to walk to the beach. there’s lots of amazing food places and the locals are very friendly. there’s also lots of exchange places. you must check out roti patong and the massage place next to the roti patong called Massage smiles. there’s also an amazing restaurant cold Le cosy and it’s opposite the beach. the food is fantastic. the vibes are chill and it has a rooftop place for sea views.

Lifts motor bit noisy. Can hear funny noise in the room on level 5 . Hard to sleep
