Kalima Resort and Spa - SHA Extra Plus

Junior Suite was spacious and had amazing beautiful view of ocean and Patong in the background. Also could see down to pool with swim up bar. We liked the mini golf and archery games and enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the main pool. Staff were very courteous and always willing to help. Our bed was made every day and was decorated with flowers, there is a lot of attention to detail at the resort. On the rooftop breakfast is served, so many dishes to choose from and the view was to die for, you can also watch sunset as well during diiner. We also used the shuttle bus service which dropped us off at Patong Beach and also had a return service as well. Kalima Resort exceeded our expectations and we would definitely visit again.

There are lots of stairs, so Kalima Resort might not be suited to very elderly couple. We are in our 50's - husband has knee issues so a lot of stair navigation wasn't great but he got around. Definitely a resort for the young and able bodied. There are lifts.

The hotel was a difficult choice due to my prior knowledge of this hotel, but after the wonderful stay, the beauty of the hotel, and the spaciousness of the people was more than what i expected , really i did not regret this choice. The cleanliness of the room was of the highest standard, wonderful tranquility, and sophisticated treatment.

The views from the room and the hotel are fantastic. I also like the excellent services provided by the hotel staff there, be it at the entrance, massage or at the restaurant. They were all very attentive and friendly. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!

Loved the pool, the view, the staff and breakfast on the rooftop restaurant.

We would have liked there to be a walking path or footpath that would make it possible to walk down to Patong as an alternative to the (very punctual) free shuttle bus.

I had wonderful experience at this hotel, and I can't help but sing praises about the exceptional service provided by Tony at the reception. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made my stay memorable. The hotel's pool is an oasis of relaxation, And let's not forget the breathtaking view that added an extra touch of magic to my time here. From top-notch amenities to impeccable service, this hotel, and Tony especially, exceeded all expectations.

Unfortunately, I have to share a couple of disappointing aspects of my stay. Firstly, the smell in the room's toilet was quite unpleasant, and it seemed to be originating from the sewer. This definitely detracted from the overall comfort of the room. Secondly, I encountered an unfortunate incident with one of the two buggy drivers. Their disrespectful and rude behavior was completely uncalled for and left a sour note during what was supposed to be a pleasant stay. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests

Very friendly and welcoming staff throughout our stay. Beautiful resort and views. Amazing buffet breakfast! Shuttle to Patong beach provided during day time.

- Lots of stairs / steep area hence may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. - Not walkable to beach due to its location at a hilly area with steep slopes. Shuttle bus only provided till 5pm and hence difficult to get to/from Patong Beach after that for extra dinner options/ if wish to explore Bangla night market etc. (taxis can be very pricey in Phuket). - There was a very pushy travel agent salesperson at the hotel as well (not a hotel staff but an external agent based at the hotel) who became unhappy when we wanted some time to consider the day trips options.

Pools were great, breakfast had a good selection. The staff was fantastic in contrast to our other resorts they really went the extra mile. Will most certainly be back in the future. Double Room with Pool Access was fantastic value for the money.

The first room we booked for the first evening was the Honeymoon Sea View Room this one could do with a dehumidifier. Our second room (Double Room with Pool Access) had one and the difference was night and day. A rather simple fix to improve an otherwise fantastic stay, we didn't mind as much since we were switching to the Double Room with Pool Access the next day and the HSVR was only a place to put our heads down for the night. But if you were to stay there for the duration try to see if they will provide a dehumidifier during rainy season.

Excellent Swimming Pool - the infinity pool and the views of the ocean and Patong beach area are outstanding Their rooftop lounge and bar - amazing place to enjoy sunset and food Room is spacious - Balcony is nice. Ocean facing They have buggey service round the clock which is necessary because the rooms are on a cliff Front desk is professional - check in was smooth and they also helped us with wake up alarm for early morning flight and provided packed breakfast boxes

Little far from Patong - if u don't mind taking cab (120-150 THB one way)..then not much of an issue The Resteraunt and roof top gives priority to day guests (those not staying with the hotel)

Breakfast was incredible - fabulous choices available all fresh and tasty - several choices for drinks also. Property located perfectly - 15 minute FREE shuttle service to Patong town and back seversl tines daily. So for us, perfect location, tranquility at the hotel and quick and friendly shuttle if you want some nightlife or holiday shopping g or even a stay at the beach!

We had nothing but exceptional service from ALL the staff - they couldn’t do enough for you. The only thing I didn’t like was how quickly 10 days went!!!
