Balihai Bay Pattaya

The location, just 5 minutes walk to the Bali Hai pier to Koh Larn. Great service, friendly staff. When we arrive the bell boy Ms.Pop immediately offered us complementary drinks, which was so unexpected. We've been booking around Pattaya it's the few hotel who are still doing such nice gestures to their guests. Everyone was nice there. Recommended.

Maybe if the sewer that was IN front of the hotel possible be covered. There was no stench just life before. But It doesn't look pleasant to look at.

The room is very large with a large comfortable bed, excellent shower, balcony and tv. Breakfast is fantastic and staff in restaurant are great. Sea view is ok, but interrupted by a large green building and stinky creek.

Reception staff were unfriendly, no smiles here on any of the four nights. They only said sawasdee to us once, mostly just ignored us as we went passed front desk to lift. There is a stinky watercourse running by the hotel and construction going on next door so didn't use the balcony much. There is no taxi or tuktuk at the hotel, so the only way to get to town is walk. Its not that far, but would have been nice to get a ride into town during the hot day time. When we asked for a taxi, lobby staff had to find someone who understood English. I would not stay here again.

Awesome view. I got room 604, ocean view. It's very convenient to go to the pier and walking street (if that's your thing). Big room, great A/C system. Staff was helpful.

As of Sep 20, 2022, you are allowed to smoke at the balcony, if you are a smoker, that shouldn't be a problem for you. Many people complaint about the smell of water cleansing facility right next to the hotel, for me, 6th floor is not too bad but the smell of people smoking? Dang.. Location is a bit outskirts. But you got a 7-11 near by. Noise - you can hear people dragging chairs and stuffs and from the hallway too. I guess when everything is back to normal, outside can be very noisy. Food - breakfast is served in the room and it can be cold pretty quick. Decent food.

The wall sockets are placed in very inconvenient locations, so you can’t charge your phone while in bed, also the beds are quite stiff…mattresses with a little more bounce would be a great update. Also ensuring minor things like the soap holder in the shower are properly secure would just add points for attention to detail. But overall a great place to stay

The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was big and spacious, I slept well every night, the hotel was right by the Balihai pier top end of Walking st,

Because of covid, there wasn't many people staying at the hotel, so I had to have my breakfast in my room, which was ok, but it was a bit cold by the time I got it, ( maybe a microwave in the room would of helped) but on the last two mornings I had breakfast in the restaurant, which was so much better, also had a sea view while eating.

The room was excellent. Big screen TV, a bath by the window so I can look at the ocean while watching TV :D The staff were super nice and attentive.

The only thing I didn't like about my room was the Air condition. It blew cold and cool air just fine. But it was SUPER loud and made these very strange sudden loud noises that made it difficult to ignore while trying to sleep with it on.

Location and hotel are great. Whole team was all the time extremely supportive. Bubble bath next to the window with sea view was amazing experience. Room is extremely spacious and bathroom clean and tide.

Bit noisy AC in room, but manageable. Lot of mosquitos in area. No chance to use balcony because of them. Due covid situation the breakfast is limited to pre ordered room service and that was not up to expectations.

Beautiful view of the ocean (if you book the room with a view). Sitting on the balcony looking out at the view was very nice. Close enough to walking street to walk to, but far enough to not hear noise.

The breakfast price is OUTRAGEOUS!!!

The room was very clean and spacious. The toilet is also spacious and with hot shower. the room also smells good and comfy. The balcony was a good place to chill out.

Breakfast is not value for money. Very few choices and they don't have milk for coffee. Though the food was still delicious.
