I stayed at the room with ocean view, that perfect for me with this price. The location is really close to Walking Street and it is easy for tourist to take a nap and go again to the street.
It is very close to Walking Street, so club music can be heard until 3 am. However, since the purpose of many guests is to play on Walking Street, it may not be a problem.

Room was very clean and decent size. Price was so cheap comparison to other hotels. Only thing there was no microwave in the room and they don’t allowed to bring food in the room. And boiling water kettle was broken. But everything else was 5star ⭐️ staff was really helpful. Will prefer to go there again and recommend 😊

The view, location & different varieties of drinks were available in my fridge, just had to pay when used very affordable & convenient, due to the hot weather.
Room 906 had a few cracks along the walls, room looked old, but other than that, the view & air con is awesome

Cleanliness, location. Just beside the Walking street. Sea View from the room/balcony was awesome. Mini bar in the room. Just grab the drink you want at any time. So many Indian restaurants nearby at a walking distance.

The location was perfect. Staff was super friendly. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, which is providing a nice experience.
The restaurant was closed, During the checkout we had to pay 100tbh for a pillow case, which got some oil. That was OK, but felt a bit too expensive for a pillow case.

One day, I was sick, the hotel staff helped me a lot and arranged transportation to take to the hospital. I appreciate the entire management with their lovely team.

The Grand was really good for me being a first time visitor to Patteya. The staff, the local business people were very helpful. Noon the motor bike hire was very helpful. Mel the barber also. Good location.

It is so loud at night. Very loud music coming from the street bars and clubs until 5am.
