Hotel Vista

The hotel is very clean. Very courteous Front Desk staffs and they spoken good English. The housekeeping staffs are very good in keeping our rooms clean and tidy everyday. The location of the hotel is good. Quiet, safe and not noisy area yet very lively. There are many food/restaurant outlets nearby within a walking distance. The beach is also in a walking distance (about 7 minutes walk) and clean. If you like to shop, then there are a few shopping malls nearby this hotel.

We took the family suite and for me the space is perfect. Almost everything in the room is nice.

.During our stay Just in front of the hotel there is some construction going on (building New hotel) so its a bit noisy especially when u Just want to spend your day to relax in the room. But i think soon theyre gonna be gone..

I stayed for more than 2 weeks. The hotel has extremely high value for the cost. The facilities, services, and room condition is much better than other hotels of similar cost and category. The best part of the hotel is the exceptional services offered by the staff who were extremely professional, especially Cartoon the manager and Mark, the GRO. They really went far and beyond to help out customers with sensitivity, quick response and outstanding solutions under the limitations and environment they had to work with. My only issue was the fundamental lack of soundproof in rooms where you can hear people from adjacent rooms and hallway a little too well, especially if those guests are loud and not very considerate of others. If you are sensitive to sound or want to have quite time, this might not be the best fit for you. But otherwise it is probably one of best choices in the area in the similar price range.

The good things about this hotel are the location, the facilities, the size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, and the cleanliness of the room. Power outlets and USB charging outlets are available near the desk, and the same for near the bed.

This time again, I wondered whether restaurant staffs were properly trained in this hotel because it was so difficult to communicate with them and everything took a quite time. One time, I paid in cash at the restaurant and asked for the receipt. I asked for the receipt 3 times but she did not understand, and then I became invisible to her... The same was true for room service. When I called to say my order, the phone went unanswered and hung up. Breakfast is mediocre and less variety than in similar class hotels.

I arrived super early during the day and the hotel was able to accommodate me with extra early check-in. Not only that but some of the staff was able to remember me from a visit from 3 years ago.

There were some electrical issues in room 814 in which the fuse box would randomly switch on and off during the day and night. There did not seem to be a interest in fixing this issue anytime soon which did disrupt the sleep. Unfortunately the hotel across from the street was also being renovated and the construction started at 7 am and lasted until 20 pm Monday to Sunday. However this is not Hotel Vista's fault

Very near to the beach. And walking street is 5 mins away via tuk-tuk. Ambience of the hotel is good and staff is very polite. The hotel gave us a letter to charge 1000 baht because the A4 memo which is the leather of the writing pad. It had lot of pen marks. It was done by my 2 year old baby boy and we don't have any control over it. This amount was ridiculous and didn't seemed genuine. We spoke to staff and they connected us to manager. I must say I have never seen a person who is genuinely very receptive and has high listening power. She was extremely patient with us and was actually hearing instead of hearing to speak. She listened to our concern, took some time and agreed to waive off the ridiculous charge. And they apologized too!

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Also, a few malls/shopping centres nearby that can be reach within 10 minutes walking. There are also the beach nearby. Cannot comment on the breakfast as I did not include breakfast in my booking. The housekeeping staff are very good in cleaning the room daily without fail. The front desk staffs are very courteous and had a good command of english. Very clear explainations during my check-in. I am very satisfied with all the hotel's staff. Will be staying in this hotel again if I travel to Pattaya.

The front desk staffs are very polite and spoken good english. Housekeeping staff are doing a good work ensuring that the room are tidy everyday. The hotel surrounding are safe and pleasant.
