Centara Pattaya Hotel

The Centara is literally a five minute walk from the beach. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. There is a pool, a pool bar, and they have a breakfast buffet. We didn't utilize the pool or the breakfast buffet because we went to the ocean, and we ate breakfast at the beach.

There weren't any major issues with this hotel. It's not a five star hotel, but it is a nice place to stay, and we paid $54/night USD. I'd stay there again because of it's cleanliness and close proximity to the beach.

I have been Centara Pattaya hotel loyal customer since 2015. Every time I visit Pattaya, I only book my accommodation here and do not even look around. Very safe and clean hotel. Great spacious room, awesome A/C, name it. It is value for money and is in a great location.

Exceptionally this visit had a minor downside. It took more than expected to check in and concierge was not available for 10 minutes to keep my luggage (since I arrived earlier than expected and had to wait until my room is ready.

Location is perfect for Soi 6. Room was to the outside of the hotel, may be they were fully booked!!! 711 right at the corner.

Staff need to improve their English. Coffee and tea should be re-supplied periodically. When someone orders a canned beer, please bring the advertised size, not just charge the advertised price. The safe setup needs a cheat sheet.

The location was great with a number of eateries and clean massage parlors beside the hotel. House cleaning does a fantastic job by sweeping and mopping at the same time.

Breakfast could have more varieties of local food. The room could have more lighting, it was great but the controls were too far apart. It could have been better with more international sockets.

Of my stay here for 14 times in total , 13 have been in the old wing which is dated. Its clean no doubt, but seems like the new wing rooms are only for People other than Indians. I sure hope its not the case. I even requested a room in the new wing , but they always say they are full , 13 times?.. leaves a lot to doubt.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the location of the hotel is perfect. i had an extended stay and it was an absolute joy to stay at Centara Pattaya, i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya.

I honestly can say that i could find no fault with my stay, it exeded my expectations.

nice big clean modern room comfortable bed. decent hot shower and bathtub. balcony to smoke on. located very close to the fun and madness. I loved it there. Oh, and the staff were very good too.

Location is close to the beach and there is local transport availeble. Breakfast was good.

A few minor details that needed fixing in the room. But I fully understand, the hotel needs attention after COVID and that takes time.
