Service and room size

Balcony too small. Oversized balcony chairs and table. Should have smaller comfortable balcony chairs and table.

Good location with stores and bars all around. Best 2 elevator system I have seen or take the stairs; they are nice and wide. Building is maintained fairly well. The adjoining massage studio is very good. Plenty of drawers to store my stuff.

Need more places to hang wet towels and bathing suits. The area for a suitcase is too small. The lights did not dim & two lights were not functional.

Location was great, the room was big enough and comfortable, and the staff always kept everything clean.

The large bathtub was very nice but hard for an older person to step in and out of, and needed a shower curtain so the floor didn't get all wet and slippery.

Perfect location, in the middle of great nightlife. Room was spectacular. My stay was split into two sections and in the first stay i had an electrical problem and they immediately moved me to another room and upgraded me on the second part of the stay as a comp. Highly recommended for short and longer term stays.

The only thing i could think to critique is the bed. Would be great if they were a bit softer.

The staff at front desk & housekeeping are amazing. spacious rooms with sufficient furniture. comfortable bed & pillows. pool yes, location is outstanding, close to all amenities

The hotel is aging. furniture is pretty old. the shower in the bath is a bit messy as it always spills water out. no health club

Good location. Sun all pool all day. Friendly helpful Staff. Easy early check in and check out. You can use the gym at LK Metropole. Big room.

The shower was not great. No curtain. Floor in bathroom wet every time.

The location was good but in a very busy soi.

The swimming pool got very little sunshine. I didn't see anybody swimming in it. My room telephone didn't work for my whole visit.

Comfortable bed, the 2 room suites are nice

Taking a shower was a travesty there are no shower curtains thus every time you shower the entire bathroom gets soaked, They don't except Amex, which ironically was the card I made the reservation with.

The complimentary breakfast needs upgrading. 1. The toaster only partially works 2. The coffee machine was sometimes cold. 3. No knives to spread butter and jam.

Great location, clean hotel, comfortable room, no real complaints. Free water was great,

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and the first time I turned the tap on the water was disgusting.
