Hotel SU & Aqualand

Excellent location, long beach few meters away with full services (many different restaurants and cafes, sea sports, Runway tracts, family friendly). Clean. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Kids play area. Amazing high quality breakfast with many options. This is my 2nd time here with my family. I will definitely come back here next time. Excellent value for money. Close to city center and touristic destinations.

Sometimes parties in the lobby or some hall inside hotel that stays till about 11 or 12 midnight, so if you want to sleep early, might be alittle disturbing.

Amazing themed hotel. Its shockingly pretty hotel. The facilities were all top notch. Location is ideal as its near the middle of beach front area with only moments away from all the major restaurants. Rooms are huge and the balconies are just amazing as come with a small bed to just lounge around. both city view and sea views are amazing. Hotel location is ideal as at any given moment you can just stroll to the massive beach front are that is mesmerizing and full of character in the evenings.

I really thing the staff needs better training. Room service did not thoroughly clean the rooms and was done half heartedly. had to order drinking water from room service becuz they kept forgetting to top it up. i had lost my phone in a taxi and the customer relations lady's reply was "taxi HQ is not picking up the phone". bless her for trying though. Big shout out to the guys working in the taxi stand near the entrance as i told them abt my phone and they went over and above to get my phone back.

We had a 9 day stay at this hotel and I can't fault it. Rooms were great, balconies a great size, breakfast was superb, as was dinner. So close to beach and lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Short walk to great shopping centre and short drive to Kaleici, a beautiful historical town, wonderful for shopping. My 6 year old son lost a cuddly toy that he'd had since he was born. It was missing for 48 long hours, lots of tears and distress. Lots of staff knew about it and went to great lengths to find it. There was a emotional reunion and I am so grateful to all the staff for finding it.

Would have loved a normal chair on the balcony to sit out but other than that, cannot fault the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was fantastic Gym and spa/massage facilities were 10/10 Everything you need is in the hotel including shops and hairdresser. Realistically you may never even need to leave the hotel!

The cleanliness could have been better in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are a bit cramped and not as well maintained as other areas in the hotel/room. Like old stains.

Supplying water and drinks into our mini bar in our rooms when we don’t request for it.Despite that we never asked for water or drinks the room that was supplied we are still charged on our last day of departure for the water and drinks we didn’t take

Very helpful & responsive staff. Check in smooth, concierge very helpful with parking always. Staff in restaurants always attentive checking drinks etc and responsive to requests. Room is spacious for us 3 people. We incl bfast-dinner and food selections was good. We like the clean bright room interior (maybe too bright on sunny day). Location near excellent food street by the beach which is just across the street, accessible from outdoor pool. Fitness facility looked great. There is big mall nearby.

Indoor Swimming pool is very ideal for family with kids who enjoyed it a lot, playing. We wish it was bigger and have space to swim for us.

Very few main course vegetarian options in the buffet and in room dining menu. Kitchen staff noted our special request for vegetarian dishes but it was a struggle due to language and communication gaps between different shifts. Nonetheless, staff were always willing to do their best

Great hotel a balcony with huge bed to sleep on too.

Did not find easy direct way on the beach. Had to ho around. Not good aspecialy when you pay for beach hotel.

i don t Like ONLY one very important things for tourism ….nobody speak proper English …..just reception speak Little bit ….But without them nobody not speak English
