Pasaport Pier Hotel

All of the staff were great and just added to our 7 night stay. The location is perfect with everything close by. Breakfast every morning had a great selection of food with the view from the top floor resturant a real bonus. The room was very clean although there were just a few little things in the bathroom requiring maintenance. Would recommend the hotel to all.

Showering you needed to direct the water away from the shower screen to stop lots of water on the floor. There was a small leak from the toilet that would wet the floor, this was fresh water not toilet bowl water.

This hotel serves a great open buffet breakfast with the magnificient view izmir bay. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated with trendy furniture style. bathroom exceeds the expectation with a rain shower option. Location of the hotel is excellent.

The entrance of the hotel is from the main street on the city side but not on sea side ( kordon). There is no information about this on the web page. I accidentially got into one way street in kordon by my car while looking for the entrance. And warned by the police. Pls add some guidence about routing on your page. There is no access to the roof floor by elevator where breakfast is served. Pls add some information to your web page for wheel chair using customers.

The location in the central city is excellent which was very walkable to various locations which included restaurants, ferry, and shopping. There is also a trail outside the hotel where you can walk next to the sea. The staff was very professional and accommodated a few of our requests.

The bed was very low in our room, and the bedframe could be a potential trip hazard if you're not paying attention especially when the room is dark at night.

The location is very good, just by the seaside, where you can enjoy the stunning sunset. There are many restaurants around, making dining convenient. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, helping to park the car.

The breakfast is a bit poor and does not match the size of the hotel. There are very few things and they are not fresh. The sound insulation is not good, and there are many people walking by the seaside at night, which is very noisy. It is recommended to choose a high-rise building.

I'd been there a few days before, another very nice room, the same extremely kind staff. Excellent location and always a pleasure looking out over the beautiful harbour and watching the ferries disgorging their passengers beneath the windows.

Not great having only one lift, which on this visit was not working on several occasions. A bit annoying that on one night the restaurant on the top floor was being used for a business meeting, however the room service they provided instead was wonderful.

some of bathroom facilities are pretty old like spa bath and looks broken. restaurant isn't great. breakfast is limited. it's better having dinner somewhere else really, grilled chicken salad, eg, wasn't grilled and ingredients where different from menu description including type of chicken meat. there's lots of much better options outside.

I woulld like to thank your guys for the great service that i had, espicialy Asya Asya was amazing, friendly, helpfull, smiling always, she knows how to do customer service, really 10 out of 10 i recomend ppl to book in this hotel, there is many many things are top rate , sam_2nb@hotmail.com this is my email and i can explain more and more I would love to book this hotel again next holiday.

only mattress are not the best

The hotel location was great! Right on the pier with beautiful veiw on the road and the ocean. You have everything you need at very close proximity, the room are super confy and clean and up to date. The tv could do with a smart update or even cable channels but other then that we had a great time there

The lifts are quite small and one broke down one night so we had to walk up to 7th floor which was a pain as i just had surgery but otherwise it was a good place

The staff were very kind and helpful a nice place to relax in

Food not always to my liking Cheese is very salty, Soups not to my liking. and generally i don't get on with food in turkey.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Very short distance walk to Kordon and all places comes with it. It had roof restaurant with a very good view where the breakfast is served.

We were expecting the breakfast a bit more plenty for a hotel in that caliber. Temporary parking lot in front of the hotel is always full which makes check-ins and check-outs a bit problematic if you are travelling with a car. But the staff is doing all they can to compensate that.
